  1. I see you're very optimistic. That's good. But let's try to be realistic as well. Richardson won't get past 3 yards a carry and D rogers won't even see 6 targets forget 6 catches.

The titans are missing griffin, whom is a large factor in their overall D. The middle of the field should be open all day long, if we protect luck. I can see T-RICH finally getting it together and busting their middle, the same with rogers and fleener. They will more than likely allow rogers to roam and this guy is a titan killer if they do that.

  2. this week i realized i've been too dependent on the outcome of colts games..

if we won, i was feeling great and couldn't wait for next weekend, for another chance for that great feeling after seeing your team win.. if we lost, i felt like crap for few days, then i couldn't wait for next weekend to see the colts again..

the season is moving way too fast for me, and i decided just to lay back, enjoy the ride.. it's only a game, after all, and me worrying and overreacting about it doesn't affect the outcome..

i feel more peaceful and relaxed now :)

I know, it hurts so much to lose and being blownout is the worst feeling. Just wait until we eventually reach the superbowl...the fear...the sickness of losing that game is too much. You play that game not to win it, but not to lose it. I would prefer not to even reach the superbowl, if i knew we would lose. The BIG L is forever attached to the quarterbacks name.

  3.

I prefer to play denver(NE for that matter) in denver, since i believe our best chance is to win an ugly type of game. We've suffered too many injuries on offense to match either team point for point in our dome. Can only win ugly.

  4. well only 12 starts in 71 games now......I wonder how he would fit in this scheme though...But he does show ability to be a playmaker in his 12 starts, I think Betheas best fit is in a Cover 2, He is not a very aggressive Safety, He seems to prefer waiting to come up and tackle

You'll really like corey, just give him a shot. He brings energy and passion to the unit. I think we now have a game changing special teams unit with s.brown, lynch, studebaker and j.brown.

  5. I wont speak for if Lynch is better or not because I have not seen enough of him to say he is...He was also a 6th round draft pick but in the 2008 draft. But there is no doubt Bethea is easily replaceable.

Lynch, just isn't an out standing special team's player, he was also a productive starter that can play both safety positions. I really like the pick up of him.

  6. Bethea has been overhyped by some of us Indy fans for years honestly..He is easily replaceable......2 picks in the last 59 games and 23 passes defensed and 3 forced fumbles? Not much production for as much as he gets beat......I don't have a problem if a player gets beat sometimes as long as he is making plays but he hasn't made many plays BUT lets not overlook that he was a 6th round draft pick

I never understood the hype of this guy. A very pedestrian safety to be honest with you. I think lynch is equally as good, if not better.

  7. I'm all for trying out a guy like Purify in the offseason, but it's too late to bring in someone like that now.  Bell would be a good UDFA to add, but I wouldn't use a draft pick on him.

I was thinking next off-season with maurice, not this year. I was thinking maybe we should bring in deion branch(lives in indy) for a quick fix this year. He plays well in cold weather games and he's familiar with the patriots. I think that would be a plus and one heck of an advantage come playoff time.

  8. I don't think Bell is going to get drafted.  Maybe someone takes him in the 7th, but otherwise no.  I don't know much about Purify other than he's got NFL size.  I think he's the same size as Rogers.

Maurice is a better athlete and has more size than rogers. I'm not sure why no body is even considering him. He's really turned a corner and has mellowed his personality since his bungul days. He's earned another opportunity. If kenny doesn't get drafted, then we must bring him in as a PFA.
