If you have a decent offensive coordinator, you won't be critical of Luck. Play calling sucks, scheme of the offense is below average, no creativity, this all translate into coaching. OC needs to be more creative in his play calling.or fire the OC (Pep), he simply sucks.

OC(Pep) and DC(Manusky) need to be replaced immediately, fired if you expect to go to the second round of the playoffs, otherwise, "One and Done"

Mr Irsay, hire some knowledgeable and aggressive coaches who won't cuddle their players or be friends with them....

The Colts simply suck big time with these mediocre coaches running the show. Team needs to be overhauled.

You're kidding? 10-6, let's say 8-8 is more like it. Lucky to be in the playoffs only to be One and Done. So Sad. Best bet for next year's success is get rid of Pep and Manusky.

You're answer to a succesful season next year is start with a new DC and OC. Can we say, "Kubiak" as an OC? And start shopping for a new DC now.

So true, "One and Done" and so Sad. Again, Unless you fire the DC(Manusky) and Hamilton(OC), you're going to be one and done every year if you make the playoffs next year. The team is pathetic and lucky to slide in the back door into the playoffs. Pagano need to stop cuddling the players and coaches and start holding them accountable, it's that simple.

The ref(Triplette) had a chance to look at it over and over again on his replay cam. He's just a dumb * that needs to be fired.
The Colts on the other hand still need a pass rusher and offensive Guro. Again, please fire Manusky and Pep Hamilton, they're worthless and predictable in their play calling. Sad, the owner and GM doesn't this weekend and week out....

Need to overhaul the D-line, they're not game changer, they can't rush the QB.
Also, Luck is regressing in this offense run by Pep....His mechanics are not there, unlike when Bruce was here. This can only be attributed to one person responsible for this, and that is Pep. He is just a bad OC, need to fire him soon...

Get rid of Angerer and Redding they're non-factors, and re-evaluate Werner, he is destine to be Bust.

Pep is way over his head. He didn't interview well, couldn't answer all the questions, didn't know how to answer all the questions. Need to let him go now, Mr Irsay, he is the reason why Luck is not producing, he is being turned into a mediocre quarterback....NOTE: Kubiak is on the market. Pick him up now..

Blame it on the Coach and his staff for not putting together a powerhouse team...Team is still soft with a lot of holes to fill..and it all starts with the coaches....

Why don't they(Colts)cut their losses and fire Pep. I don't think he is the offensive mind of the Colts. The plays are too predictable, as someone stated Luck has not thrown a TD on a consistent basis. Protection need vast improvement, this has been echoed a great deal, so their must be some truth to it. So, we need to stop sugar coating the responses and quit making excuses.

Don't blame the O-Line, the offensive line coach and coordinator has to take most of the blame. They're paid to coach and I don't think that's the case....Pep needs to be fired, he's standing in the sideline like a statue. No emotions, sometimes you need top reb up your offense with a little Pep talk, unfortunately that is NOT happening.

Is the coach in denial about releasing DHB? He simply needs to go, he is a liability, week in, week out. Just make a trade or something or else he is going to cost you a ball game, perhaps the one that counts....It's all about winning, or did you forget Mr "Chuckstrong"?

I said all along from day one, this guy(PEP) really is a work in progress and still working on progress. Need to cut ties and eat crow with this guy before it's too late.....

Polilan is bitter because he got canned together with his son....They didn't deserve to be a colt anyways. They were both riding on the gravy train. I don't understand why he created another position for himself as Vice Chairman....What is this title mean? He got fired anyway, he was never a people person, couldn't and wouldn't answer his critics....I say, move on Polian and quit holding a grudge.....you *.
