The GM with his personality not merging with his staff is ridiculous.....If you're an owner and you hear this happening you'd better nip it before it escalates. For the sake of argument this is your team, you own it you call shots....Too little too late, people are going to lose their job in the next 24-48 hours, unfortunately....

I agree with you on his coaching staff letting him down, but the HC has to take the lead and coach his staff. I believe he's too much of a players coach, doesn't want to be hated or dislike by his players. You don't have to be liked to get the job done, just respected and the result are watching the playoffs in your living room. Nice guys finish last as they say...

I'd take either, anyone now is an upgrade. My vote would be Shanahan. He's a visionary just ask Kirk Cousins.

It appears everyone is on the same page on getting rid of Grigs and Pags. 1000% agree. Then it's safe to think Irsay sees the same thing, we hpoe.

If what I'm reading is true about Grigs relationship with the owner's family then this team is doomed for years to come.

Need a new GM who can identify talent and put to good use.

Need Saban so he can bring his Alabama stars and start on the winning track of getting into the Playoffs and/or Super Bowl every year....Another food for thought is acquire AJ McCarron from the Bengals and trade for multiple picks for Luck. Luck I believe is over rated.

If Irsay keeps Grigs, he definitely needs to go back for some serious . therapy.

Totally agree Grigs and Pags need to go. If we get a new GM and new coach this would overhaul the dead beat assistants collectting paycks. Need fresh blood, fresh ideas. M Shanahan a good fit.

Anything is an upgrade than what the Colts have. Saban won't have anything to do with Grigson when he comes here. So, Saban will be paid handsomely a GM and HC salary combined.

I do't like OC that camps out in the Box. Need to be with boys and grind it out and stays with the action. He seems not involved.

I say Mike Shanahan. I just hope J Irsay makes this happen. All or majority of the fans are expressing their concerns about getting a new GM and Coaches. With all of this being mentioned by Fans, J Irsay should be able to follow up on it.....and get rid of them.

The Colts are just putting band aids on positions that need it. They need to overhaul the team from GM to the coaches. Bring Mike Shanahan, he can groom A Luck and at the same time establish a running game. The GM, DC, HC, OC,, etc all must go. There are no second guessing on this move. They've had opportunities, they're just not NFL caliber GM and coaches, enough said...

Weddle is too old. Need to go young all around on both sides of the ball. This starts with a quality coach with him picking the right people to plug the many holes created by worthless Grigson.

These free agent pick ups this season were were not very good. Need younger promising players either thru the draft or free agency.....GM needs to go with Pagano and hire a quality GM and/or coach that can make the difference with some no nonsense approach and quality play calling.....Sad to endure something like this for another year.

I totally agree with your assessment. The team needs an overhaul in likes of D-Line, they are approaching medicaire status. They need to get young. All along I've always emphasize that defense win games.. They need to get rid of the coaches and the GM, especially Manusky. Four years to have an opportunity to build a monster, didn't happen Need to take lessons from the DC in Denver, after one year, defense is #1.

The new HC hopefully Saban will get us into to the playoffs with some smart decisions as a GM and as coach. The new Chip Kelly in the NFL, but smarter and shrewder.
