Yes, we need to get younger and more aggressive. Andre was a good pick up on paper, but he really showed father time so need to hang it up Andre or be an assistant somewhere. Cut ties with A Jones, too fragile. McGill showed me something last few games. He's a Seatlle product no wonder, those scouts in Northwest sure can pick talent. Hopefully the Colts can improve on the scouting department this year....We need to build a monster as in yesterday.....

Anything would be an upgrade from what we had. Colts were at the bottom in most of the defensive categories. So bring him on.

Manusky was overdue to go. It doesn't matter if it was Pagano's scheme, as a defensive coordinator and an experienced on at that you have to make plays on the defense, and be aggressive....51 points scored by a sucky division team leaves very little confidence on a team. Hope Manusky finds another gig as long as it's not Indy.....

On the qbs Hasselbeck is just good as gone. On the RBs, they may keep F Gore to mentor the new rookie RB , receivers and TEs get rid of Fleener, to many drops and scared to go in the middle, always avoid contact by running out of bounds., Toler, Butler all must go didn't show me anything. Defensively, it's been agreed we need edge rushers. Get rid of T Cole, Werner, E Walden Newsome J Freeman, A Jones and draft quality rookies and signed some difference maker free agents. Hopefully this is where Grigs don't come back, b/c he we won't be GM for long, right

it's all about winning. Let's face it, the HC should have known what he was getting into before taking an NFL head coaching position It's not an easy task, they should expect this when they don't win it's not rocket scientist that if you don't win, it requires the Head Coach to be on board always, taking criticism, scrutiny that's why they get the big bucks. I don't feel sorry for them that's what they live for to coach and become legendary someday just ask N Saban...

It only makes sense to air out your frustrations hoping the owner sees it and weigh the situation out carefully prior to taking any actions to better the team. We watch the games played year in year out and i think we all know what this team needs to go to the Big Dance. If you're any kind of owner with sensibility, you would weigh and check out these post and make some determination in terms what or how to better your team...Somebody needs to get a clue.

Make sense to trade Hilton and move up to pick quality DE, ILB, OLB. TY to me is overrated for the money he's getting. Again defense win games.
