Grigson can take lessons from John Elway. Elway is already on his 2nd Super Bowl in 5 years....He's defense is rank #1 in just after a year, after firing their HC. The bottom line is Elway has a vision of the future, recognizes talents and the immediate need of the team....Are you listening Grigson?

Luck will never win the big one so long as these two are running it.....Remember Romo and the Cowboys, that team will never get to the Big Dance, that same thought applies to the Colts. Luck will be 30 before you know it, and like Rivers, they'll never show up b/c GM and HC can't get it together too much power play between these two instead of focusing on the big picture.....Sorry Colt fans
-
Personally, i don't think so. Especially now with the GM getting an extension. He'll still have that control disorder in placed, not wanting to be flexible in so many ways as far as drafting talent for the team.....I don't know how much of an impact the changes are going to take in time time. They still need to mesh together and that people will take some time.....
-
Jaylon Smith and Myles Jack and you'll be set for life on edge rushers....If you have any sense Grigson, draft these players for a change and redeem your past bloopers....
-
Build a dominant defense and you'll see the offense takes off. oh heck with the overhaul on the coaching on both sides of the ball you'll have some fresh perspective on how they will attack the opponents. Let's hope their changes and additions come to a fruition....Go Colts 2016.

Ditto SP_21, you're right on with your assessment on the Oline. Need good coaching to show these guys how to protect their QB. Load up on the Defense and we'll build a monster. Now, if we can get Philbin to get this Oline going we'll be going deep into the playoffs....
-
Poetic Justice: Manning will win the Super Bowl, thanks to the "D" and will ride into the Sunset as an Elite QB. Could run for Political office and win hands down when he wins this Super Bowl 50. Go Peyton...
-
With the new Oline coach should be an upgrade. The players are there they just need to be coached properly and get motivated. We'll see what Philbin can bring to the table....

Grigson must be salivating right now wishing the Colts were in Broncos place. That's what happens when you suck at draft picks and free agent pick ups. If you(Grigson)maintain or stay with that mentality you're never going to the big Dance. Hopefully someone can put some sense into Grigson nuggins and pick some franchise or impact players. As I said before, should have hired Wade Phillips as the HC. He's going to the Super Bowl in only his first year as a DC in Denver, imagine that. Colts Coaches and Mgmt can take note of this and learn from their bonehead mistakes....

I say edge rushers sign V Miller he's in his prime.

I think it's a good idea to get someone like Ezekelle, i heard he's a beast multipurpose back. Oline will fix itself with a year under their belt and a new coordinator will help mold it to an adequate oline. Get an impact player on the running game, and then build a monster on the defensive side. Trust me this will get th;em to the next level, especially with some new set of eyes that we picked up in the coaches ranks.
-
Good luck to him, he can use a fresh start.
-
I say draft a rb, the oline gained some experience this year and with the addition of Philbin they should be good and vastly improve.
-
Stay with the 18th draft pick, trade Hilton for a #1 and get E Elliot and stock pile the defensive side as well.
-
Another wait and see. We have too many of these wait and see, year in year out. We'll just have to wait and see how the qb coach can motivate Luck.
-
The experiment on Gore obviously didn't work. Thanks Grigson for another signing failure. Hopefully you'll listen to the fans and your coaches on what the team needs if you expect to be here another year...
-
- The Oline has a year under their belt, so it's time for Philbin to earn his paycheck. Besides that's why they brought him here in the first place. Keep the Oline intact and draft some playmakers on the Defense.
-
Neither one, draft some young blood and start fresh. Can we say Ezekel or Derek?
-
Philbin's has lot at stake here, he needs to be successful again to get back on the coaching ranks. He's not just going to just go thru the motion with the Oline, hopefully he'll make a difference...
-
You kidding me, Mark Sanchez; anybody that makes a fool of himself with the iconic butt fumble shouldn't deserve to be here to qb coach Luck.
-
We'll pick 2nd in 2017 just ask the Chargers. He helped the Chargers pick #3 overall in the draft this year. Need I say more.
-
If there was a need to keep Clyde they would've kept him. He was too passive appears to be more of a yes man to me.
-
It would be a good hire if our oline prevents Luck from camping in the backfield.
-
Clyde didn't show me much, otherwise we would have excelled in offense with Luck. Best of Luck to Clyde, hope he does better somewhere.
Chargers to stay in San Diego for 2016

I'm not a Charger fan, but I think the owner was waiting it out, having a poker face to see what kind of moves the NFL are going to make to compensate or sweetened the PIE to help build a Stadium....Frankly i could care less if they move to London......
