Hey everyone, been out working all day doing some property maintenance on our rental place so I missed everything up until now. happy Texans got their butts kicked though! who are we all going for tonight ? 49ers or Packers? I guess I lean a little towards the 49ers since the packers have won a championship fairly recently…but I won’t be bent either way. hows everyone doing this fine evening ?

Dave Mustaine of Megadeth has been to rehab about 18-20 times over the course of his life. He’s been mostly successful since his last rehab stint which I believe was in 2002. I think he’s been pretty well clean since then. Likewise David Ellefson of Megadeth also went to rehab many times but he was able to kick the habit much sooner than his counterpart. There are definitely a handful of well known musicians who have entered rehab many many times…Steven Tyler of Aerosmith is another. Likewise there are probably thousands of lesser public people who deal with it as well. But your right, the only way a person can be clean is through their own will and desire…people can be a reinforcement and a compassionate soul but ultimately it likes with the addicted.

I think this was the right move personally.

I’ve seen so many videos over the past few days, I saw 999 angry cowboys fan/sports pundit videos of fans burning and trashing their cowboys gear, and yes I caught 1 video of popcorn siriani lol! it’s a 999 to 1 ratio for cowboys to eagles videos.

hey buddy; sorry if I stepped on your toes creating this game thread…what actually happened is if you look at the time I created it it was Friday around 2:30 and for some reason I thought it was Saturday and so I was like hmmm someone hasn’t created the games thread and it’s like kickoff time… then when I couldn’t find the games on I finally realized it was only Friday. Stupid me… 🙄

Thursday ? many of the so called “pundits” have suggested that Jim harbaugh or BB be the one to take over for the cowboys. If I was Jerry I would not choose harbaugh that’s for sure. Said pundits at least said if BB were to be hired that would only happen if jones agrees to step back from it and let BB take full control more or less…which is what several of us here on the forum have said would have to happen for a BB/Jones situation to work.

Saw this…mexican word of the day: Dallas That is Dallas game the cowboys will play dis season. Jones was an absolute emotional wreck…I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Dallas lose in the playoffs before but you could definitely tell that he was the most shaken I’ve ever seen. McCarthy will be fired in my opinion…that team was not even remotely close to being prepared for the game.

Eagles 3rd down conversions 0%, that’s in the same ballpark as the colts, and one other game I don’t recall this weekend; but in all cases with such a low 3rd down rate meant a loss in each of those games. That definitely was the biggest reason we lost our last regular season game. i think the dolphins were the other team with a horrible 3rd down rate this weekend.

I was on the train of bringing in baker mayfield here to the colts when he was last released, even hoped we would have traded for him. Not saying he is a great QB but if we had him over mustache we’d have gone a bit farther this year. Congrats to him though for his year.
