Yeah that whole Pittman isn't elite is so stupid.

The guy balls out when given a chance. He's not Marvin Harrison... So what...

Apparently better, more receptions than Marvin in 1st 4 seasons. Better resign him soon or it's going to be expensive.

  2. I'm *. This is nonsense. He was going to be MLB. When he was healthier he was the guy that showed up in the 4th quarter when we needed the turnover the most. I believe he didn't get a chance with Gus or he would've started at MLB over Olidipo when Franklin was out. So yea he didn't get a chance. The way he was playing before last year was rare talent.

  3. We may not even have this thread if Shaq was playing MLB like it was going to be, before injuries. Franklin is playing good enough.

Some seem to forget Shaq especially showing up in the 4th quarter when needed the most. Yea I believe he needs to get out of his own head at times. I think it is a system thing, when it comes to Shaq.

  4. Freeland got most if not all the help from the TEs. Add Smith when healthy at RG, maybe raise Freelands PFF from average to above average. Cross to play more would be great. Gus is really being stubborn this season.

  5. When Gus took over he was making Shaq MLB. Than the injuries happened. Okereke WLB, and Franklin Sam. What got me scratching my head is earlier this year is when Franklin went out and Olubi came in.

Tony Brown who practices as Moore's back up comes in and starts outside instead of inside where he's been practicing. I mean Moore plays outside on most 1st downs anyways.

My mind is shifting more towards questioning Gus than Shaq. I wanted Gus back this year. Now I'm not sure. Ballard already said he'll only higher a 4-3 scheme guy and not 3-4.

    Who is better? Shaq's 1st 3 years or Franklin's last 2?

  6. Thought today's loss is on Ballard with a little bit on Gus. Besides Grove's 1st year we never had another player on our DL like him. We had a big hole all day. Tony should've started nickel and Moore outside. Injuries and suspensions has hurt our D big time this year. Only positives I have is some of our back ups are getting reps. I didn't have playoff hopes this year.

I completely disagree.   I think Pittman is lazy and disappears for 3/4 of every game.  We need 2 new WRs to pair with Josh Downs next year

You not watching same game as me. On most of the TDs Pittman was involved some how. Either lead the block or caught one. Pitt is always involved. Watch the Colts play next time.

  8. I remember you saying that about Downs. I put JT 1st not because of the games he missed but because of the games he played. Same reason I still have Leonard in my top 5, but he was 1st but has slid this year.

  9. Who is your top 5 playmaker on offense and 1 up and comer that maybe on the PS.

    I still have JT 1st

Pittman 2nd, but Downs closing in

    Downs 3rd

    Moss 4th

    Ogletree 5th

I got Mallory as my up and comer.

  10. I see us moving a TE to package a deal either for picks or WR or CB.

Maybe trading Smith cause of Freeland's play but I hope not.

Also maybe Moore, he wanted more money and now that JT is signed it may come down to Moore or Pittman. I think Brents would be better nickel than outside. We also Cross, Blackmon and Tony all who can play nickel.

Safeties are not going to be able to stay deep because of Taylor’s home run ability. Moss has played well but isn’t a home run ability rusher. Do teams really only had to worry about AR. Now with Taylor’s home run threat they can’t stay deep. Pierce and Pittman should really benefit from this. Then imagine how confused teams will be trying to figure out who is rushing the ball. Richardson has already been good at disguising it. It might take a few weeks but we will get there.

Pierce more than anyone. I think we average at least 6 more points a game now with JT in the lineup. Our defense is relishing right now.

Buckner is one of those guys that’s going to be as hard to replace as a QB. You need a very high draft pick.  Hopefully they can keep Buckner here the rest of his career.

I would like to keep Pinter too. Low money he does play good back up at C, and good 6th lineman. I would resign Buck, but slightly lower to finish his career here.

It's actually closer to $70-$86m next year before JTs contract.

Spotrac  have the salary cap projected at $240m

Over the Cap has it at $256m

Ty, thought you were our money guy. Wasn't 100%

I forgot Blackmon needs resigned, may need him the way Thomas is playing. But he has alot of injury concerns. Not like Campbell but more than JT.

Remember we are paying Ryan still this year. Then don’t rule out Leonard not bring himself by end of season and they decide to part ways with him too. I remember seeing we have a ton of cap next year. Plus we have some DE that a decision will have to be made soon.

Trying to figure out next year's cap, I know we got 55 mil next year before JTs signing.
