Oh Raggity Andy....
-
Beware the Chargers!

He did get held quite a bit.......but wow, it was like watching a shark stalk it's prey, he was going full speed and when I saw that arm come up I knew there was a strip sack about to go down!!!!!!!!
Ha! Earlier, I was thinking of making a 10 sec video clip of that play, slowing it down and putting the Jaws theme on it. Then I got distracted by something shiny.
Robert Mathis and his judy chop turned the tide in our favor. He's my DPOY.

T.Y almost broke twitter today, he was easily the best player in the game. T.Y already has the same number of 100 yard games in the playoffs as Marvin Harrison had in his entire career.
Did you see that clip where he's tied with Torry Holt and one behind Randy Moss for 100 yard receiving games in the first 2 years?
(although stampedeblue says he has 11, which ties him with Randy Moss)

Could've Would've Should've. Colts won. End of story.

Google can be your friend too. That's how I found it.

I don't think it was huge in terms of momentum. But fortune favors the bold, so....yeah, in that sense, it was big.

The difference is that if the Chiefs were down 28, he would not be able to bring them back. That's what separates him from Luck.
Agree.
And let's not forget that the Chiefs got the ball back with over 4 min to play and only needed a FG to win. And they didn't. Kudos to the D for finally doing something, but in reality, KC had plenty of time to win the game, and that falls on Smith. If the roles were reversed, and Indy had the ball, only needed a FG to win, and had four min....I would believe they would do it. Because of Luck.

He looks like Superman. If i had photoshop on this computer I'd totally erase the background and slap a cape on him

For whom the bell tolls....it tolls for thee.

Donald Brown's first career fumble becomes a Andrew Luck touchdown. It was a classic.
I think it was his second career fumble...but, semantics. That fumble recovery/td run erased any memory of those 3 INTs for me. I can't even put in to words how spectacular the whole thing was. From the lowest of lows (fumbiling on the goal line) to an extreme high of watching our QB pick up the ball, put his nose down, and score a TD...it's just...WOW.
And this is only the Wild Card round! Gah!
-
All 60 minutes though...or maybe just start in the second half.
-
He may not have been the MVP, but I have to give some luv to Da'Rick. After that monster catch, did you see how the KC DBs kept crashing down on him, allowing T.Y. to run free through the secondary?
Hats off to the entire team. Andrew Luck is AMAZING. Robert Mathis is...goodness, what is he not?

I thought it was for 3

McCarron is going to get destroyed in the NFL.
My thoughts exactly. I've never thought he'd be a good NFL QB, no matter how much his team wins. To me, everything just screams "Slow!" about him. He doesn't have any 'pop' to his game.
Edited to add: Good job Sooners!

As someone who doesn't watch Oklahoma, do they usually run up-tempo all game?
Yes. Landry Jones on QB Camp gave some insight in to how they run the offense so quickly
-
Either the wideout for Alabama is slow, or #14 (Aaron Colvin) for OU is fast. Guy came across the screen like a blur on the 63yd completion
-
It's going to average a little over 18mil the first three years...that's all I've found out.
My first reaction when reading this news: "Well...that's foolish. But not my team, not my money."
-
Robert Mathis is a bad baaaaaad man.
Congrats 98!

I remember reading this earlier in the year:
2009: the Eagles are blown out in by the Saints in their home opener, and New Orleans goes on to win the Super Bowl. 2010: The Packers start their season in Philadelphia with a win, and go on to win the Super Bowl. 2011: the Eagles don't play at home until Week 3, when they're beaten by the Giants. The Giants would eventually become champions.
It's a completely random quirk of scheduling indicative of nothing—except perhaps that the Eagles lose to good teams, too. But that was blown up this year, as the Eagles actually won their home opener. They beat Baltimore by a point despite turning the ball over four times, as Michael Vick led Philly to the winning score with two minutes left. Yet even that wasn't enough to shake the inexorable pull of coincidence. The Ravens made it four in a row.
And the Chargers have that honor this year (they beat the Eagles 33-30). Interesting...

Whoa, hold up, Adongo already got injured!?
Just for an FYI, he tweaked a hammy

Not sure. Might be a guy from around the building. Maybe like a towel guy or something
Our towel guy has some killer calves then. For some reason I thought it was Harnish.

I like that Andrew Luck's hard count works
