  1. Young looks like a huge bust. One could argue he has nothing around him but Stroud is looking like the next superstar with probably an equally bad roster. Levis looks good in two starts, we'll see. AR I just hope we get a chance to find out. Im going to cringe everytime he takes a hit.

  2. Imagine if we had a GM who could find one good pass rusher out of 10 first or second round DL picks.

Imagine if we had a GM who took the premium positions seriously like every other team, QB, WR, LT and Pass Rush

Imagine if we had a GM whos highest contracts were actual star players at premium positions. Not a LB a G and * RB!!!

LOL its absolute lunacy. 8 years in and nothing at all. Nothing to show for it but a sub .500 record and consistently being someone little brother in the worst division in footnall. Im just blown away and done ranting lol. Im taking an extended break.

Your missing the point. There was never going to be big minds made in a evaluation year. Just wait to this off season now Steichen has seen where the improvement needs to be.

Ballard should have been shipped off with Reich. You rarely see other organizations hold over Gm's or coaches when the counterpart has been fired, because it rarely works. I have no idea why Irsay is committed to Ballard his resume here in Indy is atrocious.

We have a new coach. This year was going to be a year for Steichen to evaluate the roster.

New coach great awesome, I love Shane. I think the offense was great today especially given the void of talent. It doesn't matter Ballard is still here constructing the roster.

  5. I just want to say Ballard stinks. This is year 8 and we have accomplished literally nothing. This team will never go anywhere with him as GM and the culture can't be completely reset until he is gone. Eagles GM has won a SB and rebuild the team into another SB contender in the time Ballard has been here. The list of teams who have accomplished so much more in such a smaller amount of time is huge. This is and remains the Colts biggest problem by 100 miles.

I think when u r losing by  9, the other team is besting u. All of your deficiencies are showing. They r playing an elite front, and their Oline is getting hurt by its lack of depth. The wrs cannot do anything and your qb ia a back up. Itw pretty simple actually. A poorly constructed roster.

Thanks god someone else understands that 8 years in we have a poor roster talent wise. Its not that complicated.

  7. Steichen has called a good game. I think he is a good coach. Dial back the aggressiveness a bit.

This team seriously lacks talent and playmakers at the most premium positions. Our highest paid players are a LB who is not even our best LB, a G who routinely looks average. And a RB lol.

We consistently make mental mistakes and shoot ourselves in the foot. Its an overall culture thing IMO. A "stench" has overcome this team going back to the Wentz season we choked away and its Ballard im telling you. He neeeeds to go before we can truly reset this team.

We aren't picking a QB no matter who is available, I can't see Ballard or Irsay giving up on AR after 1 season. Not only that, when he was in, he played well. More than likely we win 8 or 9 games and pick around 17th or so. By then, Williams, Maye, Penix, and Nix will all be gone anyway.

Yah im not saying its likely that we have a chance. I think we probably have a better chance at playoffs over drafting May or Williams.

However crazier things have happened in the NFL. I don't believe for 2 seconds that if the opportunity arose Irsay would not dump AR for Williams or May. Much much much more polished NFL prospects.

  9. Well no real sample size to gather from in his pre-NFL career injury wise. Then 3 completely separate injuries in the first 15ish hits he takes in the NFL. Hits that looked pretty par for the course, nothing wild or crazy. It really really really sucks because of how explosive he looks. But the possibility of him being made of glass and highly injury prone is very real.

    Except he wasn’t  terrible yesterday.

Its preseason. I will wait to see much more than one quarter of football to formulate any real opinion but its not a stretch to say when he plays in the regular season and sees actual defenses there will be a very hard learning curve and a lot of struggles.
