  1. At least my opinions have some substance rather then "I would appear those paying him (experts in their field) would disagree with you."

You might as well change your name to a shorter version of that sentence because that seems to be your opinion for everything, Makes me wonder if you get the whole purpose of the forum sometimes actually, If you dont like my opinion and prefer to give your usual drone like answers of coaches and GM's always know best and better then all fans then feel free to put me on ignore because I have opinions and they wont always fall in line with liking every decision that Grigson makes or any other GM for that matter

lul. i laugh a little on the inside everytime i read threads like this where forum posters think they know more then an actual NFL professional, no NFL player sucks. none of them. point. blank. period. Some might not be as gifted as other and stand out as much but make no mistake about it, put the pads on yourself and go up against the worst player in the league and id bet on every single valuable possession that i own that he would not only beat you, but he would destroy you and make you feel like nothing. Just keep watchin your youtube vids bud..u simply dont have the knowledge to be in the NFL which is why youre sitting behind your computer always acting like youre some sort of coach or somethin. No one in here knows more then the coaches whether u think u do or not, yall just throwin out irrelevant opinions.

  2. Will he be considered an elite QB or a backup five years from now ? Will he even be with the Colts ? What are his assest, what are his flaws ?......... I think Andrew will be just an average QB over his careeer. He does not seem to really love the game nor really care what his legacy will be. A few years from now we may be talking about what a Bust Luck is. I hope I'm wrong but I don't think I am.

LOL. LOL. not sure if serious? I read this off my phone and my first initial thought was I couldn't tell if i wanted to laugh at your lack of knowledge of football. But then at the same time i was almost a little concerned at of your overall IQ. But then i came to realize that it almost makes me a little angry that someone would create a post so *ic and try to slam the best thing the Colts have going for them. Andrew can not help that no one can stay healthy around him or that the type of offense we are running is holding him back from putting up bigger numbers. its a coaching/O-Line problem not a QB problem. you deserve to be laughed at by every single member of this forum, god help u

  3. Yup not entirely sure where this came from but there you go, odd times lately and I really need to steer clear of this place after a Colts loss as it can get.... touchy :P

Maybe I shouldn't be posting this in fear of further alienating myself via increasing my post count? :P

You didnt get it then, just because you have a high post count doesnt mean you're an *. Its just certain ones with high count post (and i know who they are cuz i see it almost everyday) but im not gonna drop any names. But some act like they run this forum and if someone brings up an idea or opinion that doesnt match what the other is thinking more often times then not someone will reply back with an extremely sarcastic remark or theyll just plain try to make you look stupid and tell you just how completely wrong you are because you have only a few posts so therefor you dont know whats good for the team as someone with a couple thousand posts. Wether the post is completely nonsense or not theres no reason to try and belittle fellow fans of the team.

  4. Yeah, the oline is getting shoved around.. so we shouldn't acknowledge the Rogers move? Half the posts in this thread are negative towards some guy we have never seen take a snap for us. What do you care if some fans get excited about a new WR?

I'm here everyday; scrolling through threads.  You dudes with the big post counts are mostly just bullies around here.  Doing 1 sentence sarcastic replies so much its hard to tell if some of you like the team or just like pointing out all the flaws so you can say "told ya so" after something bad happens.  I love this team.  I hate the know-it-all "fans" who talk down to other fans.

:ranton: I agree with you 100% about everything you said. Lol its funny cuz you basically took the words right out of my mouth. The ones with the high post counts think they run this forum or somethin, like half the dudes in here have probly never even put pads on a single time in their life but who knows. You're always gonna have the people that like to show other people how right they are about somethin and then you'll have the ones that like to belittle others and make them feel like they dont know what theyre talking about. Having alot of post doesnt mean you're a bigger fan of the team then anyone else in here, it just means you sit on your * everyday and type on your keyboard and look up football stats. There are some really cool dudes with high post tho like Gavin Dustin n Tknight but i agree with you, the bullying type post and the sarcastic one sentence replies need to stop. K :rantoff:

  5. Division games are the worst.  That is why I am looking back at yesterday's game.  We did not get beat by Jacksonville...the 2nd place Titans did.

Thursday night is going to be chilly in Tennessee.  Game time tmp is going to be around 45 degrees with temps dropping and wind picking up.  wind chills in the 20s expected.  The low ther will be around 28 degrees....no precip expected at this point.

    The Weatherman has spoken.

  6. Tell me where I'm wrong

No one is saying saying you're wrong, its just the fact that you wanna jump the gun 8 weeks into the season and make the statement that all of our picks are busts. How many years have you been watching football for?

  7. If you understand how the NFL works with the salary cap you would see NOW is the time to take those risks!! 2 years from now the draft will be key and essential to replenishing talent..Right now we have the QB of a generation under a rookie CBA deal and the time will come before we know it he will have to get paid along with Ballard, Costanzo, Allen, Fleenor, Butler, Davis etc, etc...We will be in the same position as Baltimore-Flacco, Green Bay-Rodgers, Atlanta-Ryan, Denver-Manning, NYG-Manning,New Orleans -Brees, where we have to devote a big chunk of the cap for 1 position qb and hope they can carry us despite young unproven players at key positions...The next few years are the one's we can field the most talented team all around and be a juggernaut and we need to go all in.....We will always be relevent and in the playoffs and in contention with Luck, but we have a short window where we can be all-time special and great...

    SMART MAN

  8. If it was that "cut and dry" than surely a WR needy team like the Patriots or SF (who is loaded with picks in 2014) would jump at the chance to trade even a 1st round pick (or more) for Gordon; since "the draft is basically just a guessing game."

Since I have not seen that trade happen I have to assume 1 of 2 things: 1) Cleveland turned down their 1st/2nd round trade offers, in which case we don't really have a chance of getting him anyway -OR- 2) Teams do not think the risk associated with Gordon is worth a high draft pick in which case i guess they are all being "old sticklers about draft picks"

I don't know what teams are thinking its not like Gordon is a risk who is one slip up away from a year suspension or anything ... oh wait .. !?!

By your logic we should look to trade all of our draft picks away every year for "proven players" (Even high risk ones) and just skip the draft ... No team has ever failed trying that approach.

ok first off buddy before you think youre getting smart or somethin... the patriots have never been a team to trade really high draft picks and SF has guys coming back off of injuries very soon and they know this.. theyre winning without the guys injured so they know theyll be fine and they already have a solid #1 WR but even said that im pretty sure the 9ers have already offered them draft picks for Gordon. And if the Browns turned down offers its very possible that theyre just milking it out to see exactly how much they can get out of their stud WR. And i never once stated that we should trade away our draft picks every year so dont try to put words in my mouth, im saying, when there is a young guy of 22 years old that is a proven talent in the NFL and he is up for trade you jump all over the oppurtunity and dont think twice about it. Gordon does have risk, alot of players in the NFL do, but Gordons talent level and his body size and the position he plays is just far too high to overlook.

  9. How bout we play Rogers and Brazill instead and keep draft pick! Yep! Sounds good to me!

Gordon has more talent then both of those 2 guys combined. If you can get a young proven NFL talent for a draft pick you take it. point. blank. period. end of discussion. you don't pass that up because you want to be an old stickler about draft picks and then when draft time comes around you are guessing is all you're doing, any pick you make could be the biggest bust of all time. Jerry Hughes ring a bell? Ben Ijalana? even Donald Brown didn't exactly pan out. Gordon is the perfect guy to have Luck grow up with. those 2 would break many, many records. you will get no1 even close to the level of Gordon in the 2nd round next year n you can book that n take it all the way to bank. There is multiple people in here telling you why doing the trade would be a good idea but you just don't want to admit that you're wrong. That's fine but we actually know what were talking about.. Rodgers has already been cut from one team and Brazil is fresh off a suspension with almost virtually no experience against the #1s. And that's who you want to put out in the lions den in the middle of the season when we have legitimate super bowl aspirations ? please tell me who we could possibly take next year in the 2nd round that would just make our team worlds better... our O-line is fine. D. Thomas will be back next year and Khaled Holmes deserves a chance to show what hes got. Thornton is good. And Castonzo and Cherilus are the 2 best on the line. were loaded at RB. our defense is as stacked as its ever been from the front all the way to the back with solid depth. CB and MLB is our biggest concerns but Grigson has already shown hes a master at finding GEMS. and there is always Free Agency which Grigson has also shown he loves to play in. so please explain yourself...

  10. I watch because I love the game of football. Just because I don't like the refs doesn't mean I don't like football. Sometimes you have to take a loss to win the war. All I was saying was it could have been a plan to suck so we could remain under the radar where one of our strength lies. The media was saying along with some of us, that irsay did it to make this game a big deal and manning chokes in big games, and yet I didn't see anyone say anything about how amusing and stupid everyone was for saying it, yet I say it could have been a smart move to lose on purpose. We nearly blew out the broncos. How outlandish is that? You guys need to relax and stop flaming me.

You have got to be one of the least knowledgeable football fan i have ever seen. reading up on all this non sense has given me a good laugh. thanks bud.

  11. well it is certainly a hot topic. The fact this this is so tells me many do not have much a life other than this forum. This should not be a hot topic. You go to sleep.

i commented on it once to let you know how stupid this thread is, 90% of the other people commented to make fun of you.. you're clueless.

  12. Different from what we are thinking.

What if we lost the chargers game on purpose.

It just seemed like right when were catching hype and praise, we lay a complete egg. Penalties. We had one of the lowest penalties in the league, and yet the D commits them on key third downs.

Dropped passes. Colts play better under the radar. It's just my opinion but maybe.. We lost on purpose to keep us under the radar. Win the Denver game who will most likely be fighting for number one seed. And who, will have a win over them contending for the number one...

    That's right, the colts!

They're thinking outside the box, just like our GM stated "dynisties think outside of the box".

Denver plays the chargers later this year. If they win, and we win Sunday night, colts will own number one seed come playoffs.

Dumbest thread i have ever seen in my life. EVER. wow. go to sleep

  13. Anyone that does not cost a future pick of any kind.

like it matters if the player is worth it? i would get rid of our 2nd for Josh Gordon in a heartbeat. he is worlds better then any other player we are gonna get in the 2nd next year. you're basically saying you would rather gamble with your pick instead of trading it for a proven NFL talent...some of you guys i just dont understand.

  14. Cant cover..cant stop the run. Looks out of shape honestly, idk what the coahing staff was thinking putting him out there...injury or not surely there was someone more fit for the job.... I just hope Freeman isnt out long or Peyton will pick Harvey apart.
