[Welker or Amendola?]

Outside of Reggie and T.Y. we are thin at WR. If either goes down we could be in a world of hurt. We have a lot of money, we can use playmakers on both sides of the ball. Avery isn't coming back Brazill hasn't proven a whole lot, Whalen is coming off of a broken foot, Palmer hasn't proved anything. The new guy from the CFL & AFL hasn't even made the team. We don't need to break the bank on a wide receiver, but to say WR is the least of our problems...well that just isn't true. Amendola & Welker would help out the offense a lot.  If you don't want us to sign them fine. But don't make an account just to bash people for creating threads about free agents, the legion of haters has enough members already.

Where do you guys get off saying i was bashing him?? i never once insulted him or raised my ton of voice in anyway so please stop acting like i completely disrespected the guy. Anyway you make a good point, while all that is true but still if were going to sign a WR he needs to be a big Red Zone threat that can just go up and out muscle the guy for the ball, we have enough speedy guys. But i will say though that it is the least of our worries... Defensive players are a must or we're just going to get ran over every week, offensive line is a must or Andrew wont live to see 30. A good proven WR is kind of a luxury to have when the rest of your team is already stout, that isnt the case with us. Besides, in most cases when you have a good quarterback he can turn an average reciever into a good one, and a good one into a great one.

Hey man im all im doing is educating the guy that we dont need anymore help at the WR position. If you wanna get in on it then go ahead, but you need dont need to get all worked up about it when it doesnt even involve you lol by looking at our roster its just kinda common sense that we dont need anymore WRs. If you wanna go and make some threads about possible team upgrades then idk but bring up anything other then WR something we need the least out of everything, heck talk about a possbile back up QB cuz we lost stanton right? that position would be more relevant that adding to the receivers we already have.

Don't remember saying the colts SHOULD go after either of these guys. But both are GREAT route runners and have proven they can get open and aren't afraid to go over the middle. If you think that Grigson won't consider picking up a crafty veteran like Welker or Amendola then you are crazy. Look at Stokley still making plays out in Denver. There is something to be said about veteran leadership. There is plenty of FA money to work with, and Grigson will not let any stone go unturned, so you can take your 1 post and know it all attitude somewhere else.....

No, but ur implying that we should go after another WR by bringing up WR names. They are good route runners and veterans ya, but what is Reggie Wayne then, chopped liver? Bringing in Welker would do nothing but stunt the growth of TY Hilton, i didnt mean to attack you personally but in general im just tired of the WR threads. We just brought in a guy that is 6'6" 230lbs that probly wont even make the roster becuase we have so much young depth at that position. And yes we do have plenty of money, but we also have plenty of needs that need to be filled in order for us to stay competitive for the next decade. We need CBs, a SS, good rushing LBs, a big strong NT to anchor the line and lastly but most importantly, Oline help.

Please stop with the WR threads, i made an account just to say something about this alone. Im tired of everyday coming on here and seeing "oh this WR is available we should get him or maybe this WR hed be good for us".. WR is the least of our Problems, nobody wants an old geezer in Wes Welker anyway when we have a young electric TY Hilton...use ur head people. All our money needs to go towards Oline and defensive playmakers, end of story.
