Look at it this way. We have good reasons for getting a whole new coaching staff.

He's probably not keeping the one he has now.

TY and Pittman both slipping. Different cleats?

Wake me up when we get real coaches. Irsay should be embarrased.

Wentz has to learn to relax and not play hero ball. Frank, well, never mind.

Did Frank forget about Jonathan Taylor that close to our endzone?
-
Shoulda run Hines up the middle? Too soon?
-
What's with Frank running it up the middle - all the time?

Sure can't understand the play calling today. Maybe someone can explain it to me?

Pretty sure he didn't coach them to hold, what are you talking about?
Should have HC call a time-out to settle everyone down, and review responsibilities.

That's the most PATHETIC O-line coaching I've ever seen!

There is a litany of really bad coaching for the Colts. Frank is just the most recent example. The Colts organization doesn't seem to be able to evaluate what a good coach looks like.

I was very impressed with Blacklock and Gallimore. With the injury concerns of Kinlaw I think one of those two will be the pick at 34. My updated mock draft.
13. Jerry Jeudy, WR
34. Ross Blacklock, DT
44. Jacob Eason, QB
75. Erza Cleveland, OT
112. Adam Trautman, TE
I really like Ezra Cleveland!

I like Jacoby for his personality, intelligence and potential. But, he has practiced and perfected his bad habits to the point that I don't believe he can overcome them.

Stafford was my pick for the guy I'd most like to acquire.
Mine, too. Carr *might* be OK, maybe.

He was a good man and the players were loyal to him, but no, he wasn't a great coach. Grigson was partly to blame. But Pagano didn't have what it takes 'upstairs' to be a good coach. He exhibited poor judgement. The infamous 'fake punt' is the prime example. No coach in his right mind should have ever allowed that play to take place. There's no excuse. And then there were all the other things, like preparation, play-calling and clock management.
Frank Reich is a definite upgrade.
Pokey the Wonder Mule would have been an upgrade. That's not saying much for Frank Reich.

[A]s for chad they either trust him or they dont, if they dont then he should not be here.
Trust is a two-way street. If Ballard, while learning to trust Kelly, destroys the trust that Kelly has in Ballard and the Colts, all sorts of bad can happen. Football is a game. Manipulating people's lives isn't.

When I read the title, I thought of extending Mack from 6'-0" to 6'-3". My bad.

This is absolutely an option for the Colts
I would go DL/OL/WR then Gordon in round 3
Let the 3 QBs compete
Gordon in 2nd or 3rd would be smart. I hope Ballard doesn't overplay his "earn my trust" position with Kelly, or the fan base. I've seen these blow up, becoming a nuclear option. It's a very fine line.

Here is the perfect example of the quirky style.
Doesn't seem to affect his accuracy and his depth. He's probably not a bomber, tho'.

Sorry for not posting more of Gordon. It it has proven harder to find.
Another view of first TD
He is also reported to ha e gotten better as the week has gone along.
I've noticed how quick Gordon's reads are, and how quickly he gets the ball out. He can be a little quirky in his motion, tho'.

Wait a few years and they'll move again...Oakland - LA - Oakland - LV - ???
To save on relabeling costs, they should change the name to "<Insert city name here> Raiders" - maybe written with a marking pen on masking tape.
