He's currently on the Giants roster. Was here with the Colts for a few games last, compiling a total of two tackles. He's a lost shot to make the 53 man roster.
-
I was thinking about visiting the Colts training camp this year and was wondering if the dates of it are out yet.
-
I think we should take a good look at Tartt. His coverage skills are not fantastic, but has good speed, aggressive, and a good tackler.
-
20 missed/broken tackles against him is just unacceptable.
-
I'd still take a look at him around the 3rd and 4th round if other safeties have been taken already. It would be amazing to have a ball-hawk safety back there with Adams. Maybe his tackling can be improved or at least develop into being average or adequate during Training Camp and Pre-Season.
-
Eric Kendricks or Kevin Johnson
-
My bad I put Armstead there twice. Put DT Malcom Brown at Pick 15 with the 49ers.
-
You have Armstead twice.
My mistake sorry
-
Mods could you delete one of these, it posted twice.
-
1. Buccaneers - QB Jameis Winston
Bucs need a QB and Winston seems to have all that they are looking for in a franchise QB.
2. Titans - QB Marcus Mariota
Titans have a strong interest in Mariota, and are in need of a QB. He's a good fit and is a much better option than Mettenberger.
3. Jaguars - DT Leonard Williams
It would be too hard for them to pass on one of the best defensive lineman in the draft. They are in need of WR, but could pick up one in Round 2.
4. Raiders - WR Kevin White
He's a big WR, coming in at 6'3", and has great speed with a 4.35 40 time. Derek Carr needs a big, fast WR like White.
5. Redskins - OLB Dante Fowler Jr.
He fits well in the Redskins 3-4 defense and they are in need of an edge rusher opposite Kerrigan due to the loss of Orakpo.
6. Jets - OLB Vic Beasley
Jets need a pure edge rusher. Beasley will be able to excel with the dominant D-Line the Jets possess.
7. Bears - DT Danny Shelton
Bears need to focus on defense, and need to improve their defensive line, which would be improved with Shelton.
8. Falcons - DE Shane Ray
Falcons are in need of another pass rusher and he would work well in Quinn's system.
9. Giants - OL Brandon Scherff
The Giants need help on the O-line, snd Scherff could come in and help a teither G or T, though he is better suited at G.
10. Rams - WR Amari Cooper
The Rams would love to get Cooper at 10. Britt was resigned to a 2 year/14 mil contract, but they need another WR since Tavon Austin has not been very productive and has only 660 yards receiving in 2 seasons in St. Louis.
11. Vikings - CB Trae Waynes
Vikings signed Newman and have Munnerlyn, Rhodes, and Robinson, but the Vikings would take Waynes to play the perimeter and play opposite Rhodes.
12. Browns - OLB Bud Dupree
Browns need more help at the EDGE position and Browns seem interested in Dupree.
13. Saints - OLB Randy Gregory
Gregory has fallen a bit due to off-the-field troubles. He fits well in the Saints in their 3-4 scheme and the Saints will take him if he is still on the board at 13.
14. Dolphins - WR Devante Parker
Dolphins need help at WR with the losses of Hartline, Wallace, and Gibson. Parker can develop into a #1 WR in Miami and provide a big target for Tannehill.
15. 49ers - DT Arik Armstead
With Justin Smith considering retirement, the 49ers need to bring in a DL. Armstead has incredible height at 6'8" and would provide help in run defense immediately for the 49ers
16. Texans - WR Breshad PerrimanThe Texans are losing a big WR in Andre Johnson, who is 6'3". So they should draft another 6'3" WR in Perriman, who also has good speed. His routes and hands need to develop. Once they do he will be a very good WR opposite Hopkins.17. Chargers - OL La'el CollinsChargers are in need of OL help and another RB. They could get a solid RB in the second round like Ajayi or Coleman. They need to strengthen their OL, which is why they should pick up Collins in the draft.18. Chiefs - OL Andrus PeatChiefs are still in need of a WR, but could get one in the second round. Like the Chargers, the Chiefs need to make their OL stronger, and Peat would improve their O-line.19. Browns - DT Arik ArmsteadBrowns are working on improving their defense, and they were last in rush yards allowed in 2014. Armstead is a tall, athletic DT and excels at stopping the run.20. Eagles - S Landon CollinsThe Eagles need another S to play alongside Jenkins. Collins is an impact hitter and attacks the ball carrier with aggressiveness. His weakness is in coverage, but the Eagles have a pretty good secondary and his strengths will outweight the weaknesses.\21. Bengals - CB Kevin JohnsonBengals would like to bring in another CB, even though they have already invested early round picks in CBs such as Dennard, Hall, and Kirkpatrick. Bringing in a solid CB would shows great coverage skills is never a bad pick.22. Steelers - CB Jalen CollinsSteelers need help in their secondary with Polamalu pondering retirement and don't have a true, solid #1 corner on the roster. Collins could come in and solidify the #1 corner spot, and have Gay starting opposite of him and Allen as the #3 corner.23. Lions - OT D.J. HumphriesLions have a weak O-line and need a solid OT. Humphries would be starter Day 1 and improve their line.24. Cardinals - RB Todd GurleyAndre Ellington is coming off a season ending injury and had little experience at running back going into the playoffs. Gurley would relieve the load on Ellington and form a very nice RB tandem.25. OT T.J. ClemmingsCarolina's main priority is keeping Cam Newton protected. Even though they brought in Oher and Martin, it would be wise for them to invest in a OT like Clemmings in the draft.26. Ravens - WR Dorial Green-BeckhamHas amazing height for a WR at around 6'6". The Ravens are in high demand of a WR, and need someone like Green-Beckham.27. Cowboys - RB Melvin GordonCowboys have a fantastic O-line and Gordon would easily get 1,000 yards behind that line. McFadden could excel behind that line but injuries are a concern and has not been very dependable the past few years.28. Broncos - C Cameron ErvingBroncos need a solid interior lineman, and Erving is one of the best in the draft. Broncos also only have 7 OL on the roster.29. Colts - ILB Eric KendricksWith Jackson on the older side, I'd like the Colts to get a solid ILB. If Kendricks is there, I think the Colts should get him.30. Packers - DT Eddie GoldmanPackers need more help on the D-line, and B.J. Raji is coming off a season ending injury. Goldman would help strengthen their line.31. Saints - DT Jordan PhillipsSaints want to focus on defense in the early rounds, and Phillips would help improve the D-line.32. Patriots - WR Jaelen StrongAmendola has improved but is still not a every day reliable WR. Patriots would like to have a WR corps consisting of Edelman, LaFell, and Strong. -
1. Buccaneers - QB Jameis Winston

We use to have a monster back in the late sixties, early seventies.
-
Smith signed a 1 year/2 mil contract with the Broncos. Smith is currently 33 years old and is coming off an unproductive season with the Raiders where he totaled 20 tackles, 3 sacks, and 1 FF in 791 snaps. He is a decent pass rusher but is a poor run defender.
-
Ansah and Ogletree have been decent.
-
Patterson is the only one that isn't good on this list, but he has only played a couple years, so his chance to be good is not over quite yet.
-
the thread title led me to believe he quit
Sorry, forgot to put the hyphen.
-
It's funny how at one time they were division rivals of each other, now they play for the same team.
-
Two former AFC South opponents have joined the Texans: Cecil Shorts from the Jaguars and Nate Washington from the Titans.
-
McClain signs one-year contract worth 3 mil in base salary, and another 1 mil in playing time incentives. McClain had 81 tackles, 1 sack, 1 FF, and 2 INTs last season.
-
Right now it seems real unless Colts.com partakes in April Fool's Day activities.
-
Personally I think that it is "too white". Maybe if the lettering and numbers were outlined in blue I would go for it.
-
What are your opinions on this uniform concept?
-
I tried doing another Mock. Not sure if it's any better than the first one posted.
-
1. Buccaneers - QB Jameis Winston
Buccaneers are in need of QB and Winston seems to be their best fit.
2. Titans - DE Leonard Williams
Titans need a disruptive force on the D-line. Williams make the D-line much better.
3. Jaguars - OLB Dante Flower Jr.
Tevin Smith and Dan Skuta are the Jaguars current main OLBs. Flower Jr. will provide more pass rush and is a major improvement to their OLBs.
4. Raiders - WR Amari Cooper
James Jones is the only proven WR on their roster. Cooper would be a major addition and new weapon to Carr.
5. Redskins - OLB Shane Ray
The Redskins need an edge rusher to play opposite Kerrigan. Ray will be an improvement and help relieve the pressure on Kerrigan.
6. Jets - OLB Vic Beasley
The Jets could also go QB here and take Mariota, but I have the feeling the Jets will take Beasley if he's on the board.
7. Bears - QB Marcus Mariota
Bears will get there QB of the future and possibly present here. They can get a WR in Round 2 and have a good set of weapons on offense.
8. Falcons - OLB Randy Gregory
The signings of Reed and Durant will help, but the Falcons need another OLB to help. Reed is not a dominant player and Gregory could be the Day 1 starter if he clears up off-the-field issues.
9. Giants - DL Danny Shelton
Giants cuurently have Jenkins and Ellis as the DTs on the roster. Jenkins is at 34 years old. It would be smart to draft a dominant player for your D-line.
10. Rams - WR Kevin White
They seem to have a lot of trust in Kenny Britt, giving him a 14 mil contract over 2 years. Rams could be a very good team with more help from the offense. Foles, Mason, Britt, Austin, White, Kendricks, and Cook could provide that offense they need.
11. Vikings - CB Trae Waynes
Vikings are looking to upgrade the CB position opposite Xavier Rhodes. Waynes is the best CB in the draft and should not pass on him at this pick.
12. Browns - DT Malcolm Brown
It may be too early to draft Brown here, but the Browns need help on the D-line. I could see the Browns picking Brown early here.
13. Saints - OT La'el Collins
Saints need help at OT and keeping Brees healthy is their #1 priority.
14. Dolphins - G Brandon Scherff
Dolphins have a decent O-line, but are missing a G. Scherrf would help fill the void at G.
15. 49ers - DT Eddie Goldman
With Justin Smith considering retirment, the 49ers need another DL. Dockett, Goldman, and Carridine would be a good line for the 49ers.
16. Texans - WR Devante Parker
Texans need another WR with the loss of Andre Johnson.
17. Chargers - OT Erick Flowers
Collins would play a key part in the OL of the Chargers that need help.
18. Chiefs - WR Jaelen Strong
Chiefs are in desperate need of a better WR corps. Strong will play opposite of Maclin.
19. Browns - OLB Bud Dupree
Browns need help on defense, and need more pressure and help from the edge rushers.
20. Eagles - WR Dorial Green-Beckham
Eagles need another playmaker with the losses of Maclin and McCoy.
21. Bengals - WR Reshad Perriman
Bengals need a nice slot receiver and Perriman could be effective for them.
22. Steelers - S Landon Collins
With Polamalu older, the Steelers need to draft a safety, and Collins is the best one in the draft.
23. Lions - HB Todd Gurley
Bell and Riddick are the runningbacks on the roster for the Lions. Gurley would be a great fit for them once he is 100% healthy.
24. Cardinals - OT Andrus Peat
Peat would provide improvement to the Cardinals O-Line.
25. Panthers - OT T.J. Clemmings
Panthers signed Michael Oher, but need a more dependable OT to protect Newton.
26. Ravens - TE Max Williams
They lost Owen Daniels and Dennis Pitta has faced bad injuries. Williams would provide a lot of help at TE.
27. Cowboys - HB Melvin Gordon
With the loss of Murray, Gordon would be the ideal option for the Cowboys. They can't pas on him here with the risk of him taken off the board early on in the 2nd round. The Cowboys have a fantastic O-line and Gordon will excel with their run blocking.
28. Broncos - C Cameron Irving
Broncos have no depth at O-line and have a void at G. Irving could move over to G or they could move Ramirez over to G.
29. Colts - DT Jordan Phillips
Colts are in need of more D-lineman. Phillips would be a great addition to the Colts D-line.
30. Packers - DT Carl Davis
With Raji coming off a season ending injury, the Packers need more help on the D-line.
31. Saints - DT Arik Armstead
Saints have basically no depth at the D-line and need another DT. Armstead would get valuable playing time on this team.
32. Patriots - CB Kevin Johnson
With the losses of Browner and Revis, Johnson would help out the Patriots in their secondary.
