Yup. This is what we will be with him. Play to not lose. Why abandon Taylor and the run game? This loss hurts and mediocrity is getting old.

100% agree I love the change of pace and fastness with Hines but why take the rock away from Taylor who had 70 yards and 2 touchdowns, Reich  always seems to move away and start making silly calls just don’t understand it.

Certainly not the GM seat. This team has plenty of talent, which is the GM’s job. Buckner didn’t just forget how to play. He was a stud in San Fran. I think it’s more coaching and not be prepared.

I more question this coaching staff at times with these repeated lackluster performances against poor teams. And it’s a reoccurring trend to have horrible week 1’s with this team under Reich.

Coaching staff needs some accountability as well.

I agree I believe Reich and flus should be on the hot seat not Ballard, it’s ridiculous that we did not control and try to manage better clock by running more, should have easily been over 100 yards rushing, bad play calling bad defensive scheme, no reason why we should have not been in the the back field considering we have Buckner etc.....

Quite frankly, I liked Eason as much, if not more than Jordan Love, so I would say he is a major steal at 122 versus pick 26. He is excellent value as a qb. None of these qb’s are guaranteed to be anything, we have seen that time and again. We have a shot a developing this guy over the next few years into our franchise quarterback and we were able to get two first round talents (not including the all pro DT Buckner) before him. He’s a steal.

We just may be pleasantly surprised, I like Eason a lot here are like ewww, but I have watched his tape and yes he needs cleaned up a bit some things corrected but he has a rocket and puts it on the money.

Raiders need to improve their pass D a lot more than they need a new QB. Carr is near top 10 in QBR and is 70% in completion rate. I don't see them taking a QB. I'd say CB, LB, and WR are their biggest needs.

I’d say Gruden does not like Carr and wants someone else he also would die to get luck out of retirement, but we obviously own his rights but that being said I do not think QB is off there radar

This is what we have currently

    T.Y. Hilton

    Parris Campbell

    Zach Pascal

    Daurice Fountain

I would like to see us sign Rishard Higgins as a free agent. He has played all 3 spots in the past with the Browns.

Then double down on a stud WR in the draft. We need a Reggie Wayne type of receiver that is a hands catcher, runs precise routes and gets in and out of his breaks smoothly. Someone like a Devonta Smith from Alabama.

    How bout Ceedee Lamb

Imo we aren't that far off. We have a stellar oline and we do have playmakers on both sides of the ball.  We just need an upgrade at QB,  WR, CB and DT. Luck really took a dump on this team when he left last minute.  Honestly I think Ebron bailed because he came to the Colts to play with Luck...not Brissett. A cruddy attitude I know but you can tell Reich and company were taken by surprise with him choosing to go on IR. Honestly I only see the Colts winning maybe 2 of the next 5 games so maybe we can snag one of the top QBs coming out of the draft. I know Ballard has been keeping an eye on Jordan Love.....

I been checking loves highlights and I really like what I see, he has slid down the boards because of a so so year etc but he just may be a sleeper of the draft and work in our favor

  7. I’d have to disagree with those throwing Reich under the bus I believe the statement made, that he is limited in the QBs  he has, he was establishing a decent trend with Brissett but honestly I believe Kelly just might be the better possibility out of Hoyer and Brissett.

Cain has needed to be replaced since week 4 at the latest.

I'm partially convinced that Ballard didn't invest in a WR out of some misplaced faith in his draft pick and if that's the case it's an abject disaster for the Colts because a GM who falls in love with his picks is a GM who will not be decisive when it's time to make the moves necessary to be the best franchise we can possibly be.

We needed a WR at the deadline.  We probably needed 2 WR at the deadling.  I'm still bitter at Ballard for effectively giving us -1 WRs at the deadline, as he HAD to know that TY wasn't 100% by then.

I'm beginning to come to the conclusion that Ballard is a great personnel evaluator but an indecisive leader when it comes to making cuts and replacing talent he drafted that needs to be replaced.  You can't afford to fall in love with yourself as a GM, and you can't fall in love with any one individual player or draft pick.

I'm beginning to fear that Ballard is buying his own hype and that means bad things for the franchise down the road.  Refusing to buy talent at the deadline when there's a chance to compete for playoff glory right in front of you is a massive red flag for this.

As the old adage goes, it's more easily forgiven to try and fail, than to fail to try!

I’d have to agree we have more than enough money and we sit on it, we need some game changers we need to spend in FA and get some holes filled
