  1. What did Fleener do? I saw one catch, one ball up high right through his hands (EXACTLY the type of play that he was supposed to excel at), and a nice effort to tackle after an interception. Sadly I wasn't surprised at his performance - he looked like an uncomfortable rookie trying to figure out what to do.

Reggie was Reggie, thank goodness. One of my favorite Colts ever.

You were watching the wrong game if you think Fleener only had one catch.

  2. Ok just some issues I came across with after reading the stats...

1st I didnt see any catches made by Dwayne Allen and not many by Coby Fleener. For this team to be successful, we HAVE to utilize our young talented TEs. Didnt see anything statwise from TY Hilton either.

Defensively, why did we have no pass rush today? I was under the impression the Bears OL was their weakness. Why did Freeney not play a whole lot, and it seemed as if both Mathis and Hughes didnt have much of an impact either. Can someone enlighten me on this plz?

Really funny post considering you didn't watch or read much about the game before making your negative comments. It is difficult to make plays when you are on the sidelines injured.

  3. I believe the Colts get the first pick of players when they hit the waiver wire since they finished 32sd last year. Is that for all players they want or do you pick one and then you go down in order of pick next time?

How does it work and when are the first cuts?

  4. They have a need with Bowers going down. They also have plenty of cap space. Perhaps we could get a 4th or a 5th pick for him. During the draft it seems that 5th round picks were the most coveted...

Yes. I would pass on getting a first rounder so I could have a 4th or 5th. glad colts fo doesn't think like some fans

  5. It is looking like Dallas may end up being like Marvin in that he doesn't ever officially retire, he just never gets picked up by another team and it eventually just becomes generally accepted that he is retired.

If you want your NFL pension and medical you need to retire.

  6. I too will have to explain to my 6 year old son why Peyton (number 18) isn't a colt next year...

I had explain to him why Albert isn't a cardinal any more just a couple months earlier...

I'm afraid "it's a business decision" just isn't cutting it for the lil ones...

    Poor kids

please don't tell them about santa claus.
