I'm still torn on whether or not I am comfortable picking Arizona over STL, its in STL and I feel like Arizona is due for a bad game, thoughts?

I'm not real familiar with Werner, but can't argue with the position. Hope this Mock is assuming we pick up a couple guys for the OL in Free Agency though

I want Jones so bad, he is a game changer on Defense. Hopefully we pick up a starting olineman or two during FA and then If he's available I want to pick him no questions asked with the first pick.
If we can't get a Starting OL in FA then that needs to be addressed with the first pick, If we are a top 10 pick then trade back and pick up whatever picks we can.

I think Smith just became the leader for the #1 pick!!! If we picks first, we will get a boatload of picks!!
I hope we don't pick 1st overall but if so, having someone run away as the consensus #1 QB prospect will sure help the value of trading back.

Didn't Upshaw get taken right before Fleener?
No Upshaw was still on the board I believe. I think the problem was they didn't expect allen to be there when they picked in the 3rd. I personally think the Fleener pick will work out, but knowing now that Allen would be there in the third, I wish with the 2nd round pick we had gone Glenn or Upshaw. Hindsights always 20/20 though...

I think the the Browns most likely get it, and they will probably give up on Weeden and get Barkley.
I think the browns have to go with the top WR prospect, not sure they'd give up on a 1st round qb after just one season. I doubt they'd go WR with the 1st overall pick though

this team is being completely transformed, no one should have ever thought it would take place overnight. All I ask is the team we see towards the second half/end of the season looks better than what we've seen so far this season. For a rag tag line, rookie qb, new Coach/OC/DC, New defensive scheme and we could easily be going into the bye week at 2-1, thats not to bad IMO.

People need to calm down, I think Luck will have a great career but this OL isn't very good and the Bears have a D that if full of savy vetrans and all-pros. That was a pretty hostile environment too.

I like even in the middle of patriots and giants fans so it was always fun to go out when they played the pats. We rarely have colts games on tv here now and this year not having the handfull of Sunday/Monday night football sucks. I prefer to watch most games at home but if there alot more colts fans i think the bar would be so much more fun.

ok.... i got the roster update but cannot get a connected careers to start online with the update. am i being stupid or is it only an update for head to head play?
for some reason they released the online roster update but the connected career one comes out tuesday. yeah i was pretty bummed when I woke up in the morning...

Don't think we go offense in the draft next year, plus we don't have a 2nd round pick we have 1.3.4.6. To many very good WR in free agency not to many in the draft.
I think the WR is pretty deep in the draft and ya I don't know what I was thinking when I said a 2nd round pick. I'd love to pick up a dominate pass rusher with the 1st round pick. theres alot of ways we can go in the draft but it all depends on whos available and that would sign in FA

I think we are going to need somone at WR in a bad way TBH. Wayne is getting old, Collie is a concern in his own right, Avery is speculated to be an injury risk, Hilton and Brazill should be solid but will they be ready to be 'the guys', and the rest are more of a supportive role.
Big names I think we would consider include:
Dwayne Bowe
Mike Wallace
Victor Cruz
Other names:
Greg Jennings
Josh Cribbs
Malcolm Floyd
Ramses Barden
I don't see Cruz or Bowe going any where, but either would be a good addition. For me I'd like to see the oline upgraded through FA and with either the first or 2nd round pick for a WR that could be groomed into being the Number #1 WR. just my two cents though..

the olines got to worry about peppers more than they do Urlacher, but by no means is that a stab at Urlacher because that guy is a beast!

i used to always trade my 1st for who i thought would be the worst team for there 1st and sometimes even there 2nd at the start of the season, not sure they will accept it in the new madden though.

I have the impression the update for the 360 has Davis on the Colts, the Ps3 update does not.

No the 360 update doesn't have davis on the colts, I hear the first roster update comes out friday though.

kid looks good, I can't wait to see what he can do against USC and ND. Hopefully we have shored up the OLine by the time he enters the draft. those jukes are nasty!
