[Team "weaknesses"]

Really cornerbacks is our real weakness. The offensive line is a question mark, because we haven't seen Castonzo and ijalana play in a game, plus we lost Charlie. Linebacker is a slight concern, but if the LBs get injured.

That is what concerns me about our LBs. They are smaller and take a beating in part because of DL play.

I think alot of Colts fans would rather see the Pats play in the SB on our home turf than the Jets!! They're quickly becoming the most hated team in football.

As hard as it is for me to believe, I think I agree with you.

And it's not so much the Jets (players, organization). Its Rex Ryan. He's a jerk like his old man and has a BIG MOUTH too. At least Buddy didn't run his mouth that much! Or take pictures of feet either (that we know of).

Rex's plea to teams to beat the Pats was odd. If they take care of THEIR OWN business, the Pats will fall. Why does "the best team in the league" (according to Rex) need the help of other teams? He already said they were winning the SB this year. Doesn't he know THE JETS are gonna have to beat the Pats in order to do that?(probably would have to beat the Pats, but technically wouldn't have to)

Rex needs a talk show. He LOVES to hear the sound of his own voice.

So right now, what does everyone think our "weak" areas are?

It sounds like CB is at the top of most lists here.

OL experience and depth is a concern. Also if run-blocking will improve.

CB and Safety are concerns due to depth and injuries (from last year).

DT has had additions, but until we stop the run, I'm not convinced.

LB was a concern, but Conner and Angerer improved last year abd I'm hopeful about Sims.

QB - I'd still love to have a backup I feel good about if he'd have to come in the game. We've been lucky with Manning, but anything could happen. And IMO, No manning = No Chance.

K/P - McCaffe doing ok (when he's not taking late-night swims) but Adam V. is aging fast. Tuff to think he'll make it thru season without some sort of injury.

KR - we still need to find "the guy" (although new kickoff rule makes KR less important.

On the other hand:

RB - we should be healthy with some talent on the roster. Hopefully OL will help too.

TE - should have a talented, deep squad here.

WR - looks good from talent and depth standpoint.

DT - possibly some excitement, but I'm skeptical till i see it.

DE - We should be good here.

I was thinkin how cool it would be if the Colts made it. Especially cool if we could wrap up home field throughout.

THAT would be a season to remember.

Then............ I thought about how "upset" I'd be if the Pats were the AFC team to make it. Especially if they were to beat us, at home, in the AFC championship.

Then I realized...................
