So far I have seen him bungle the QB and coach situation last year, have what is turning out to be a TERRIBLE draft last year, do next to nothing in FA the last 2 years despite having more money than Soros, and now....this years draft is turning out to be middling at best (drafting a guard that early was pointless for example), and he has completely FAILED at helping Luck with offensive help.
We have a plethora of average RBs, and our Wrs, even with Hilton, are below average. Due to injuries Luck has Ebron as his # 1 target.
Cmon.
Either he is totally tanking this year, or he has no idea what he is doing. Either way....I don't like it.
He inherited a mess not saying he is perfect but Irsay should take a lot of the blame for hiring Pagano and Grigson and then rehiring them. Luck made them look good and they both almost destroyed his career

Polian said this team was heading in the right direction but lacked playmakers like Marvin . Reg and Clark and Edge , we have to be patient , on the other hand he thinks the defense is improved but lacking talent also , man you guys below wanting peoples head aready with so many players hurt , I can guarantee you Rodgers wont be starting when he gets his players in here he wants , I just don't get all the fans that didn't see this season being like this after trying to clean Grigs mess up

They should let Reich choose his own coaches and get rid of Mcdaniels crew. Have been a Colts fan since 1968 I have seen the good and bad this team needs so much help Grigson and Pagano left us a mess. I honestly do not understand till this day why Irsay hired them and rehired them and where paying the price now. The Jets are pretty bad

Was that Chuck Pagano coaching

Because the combination of the Geathers and Wilson penalties and Doyle fumbling didn’t count for anything. Right?
I was not saying we lost because of TY just making a point there are times when he drops many balls at crucial times. Doyle has had his moments to

Seems like TY always dropping passes at important times ruing our momentum

I would have if they where going to give us there 1-4-33 and 35
-
Just feels like where going in circles just like ground hog day

I had to keep reminding myself that Pagano was not coaching the 2nd half sure felt like it. But we still have some young exciting players to look forward to
-
Ballards going to call Pagano for some MONSTER D advice

Another busted Grigson draft pick. Ryan has to be the worst GM of all time. It's honestly hard to have such an atrocious track record of roster management
And where still paying him

Pagano and Grigson are gone don't worry be happy

His expectations where lowered because of Pagano who could not coach and Grigson who could not draft and all his great free agent signings except for Gore

Do not fear GRIGSON is not hear

He wasn't a scout for the Colts.
But he still had a hand in all his great picks

I know it's fun and easy to bash Grigson but before he became a GM he was a very good scout and director of scouting, he just was not ready for the GM role.
He did a great scouting job for the Colts look at all the great players he left behind

I still die inside watching the Hank Basket. Brutal.
When the colts marched like 96 yards down field in the first half for a TD (a SB record), I thought we HAD that game.
Every time I see his name

I try to avoid Belichick too much in the Colts forum but what he said about Bert Jones still sticks in my mind.
As we all know BB has been around a few great QBs in his career but said Bert was the best pure passer he has ever seen. Maybe that's not his exact words but that was his intent. Pretty high praise from anyone of his knowledge.
I remember Belichick saying that Bert could throw through the goal post kneeling at the 50 yard line but his reckless nature cost him. He is still my #1
