to add to my point, the colts were the only team in the nfl last year where all 22 starters, (offense and defense) have never even played a down with another team, the only team they have ever played for is us

What are we calling 'starters'? The guys who started most games? The guys who won their jobs out of camp? Francisco started more games than Bullitt, and Muir played a few downs for the Packers.

Orlovsky, to me, screams career backup. That's not entirely a bad thing, and I do think he can compete with Painter. This makes me wonder how much of a chance Nate Davis has.

It's not really a pay cut for Manning, as he HAS no salary as of this minute. It'll be a pay cut from his Franchise tag, but he hasn't signed that and most players sign for less (for that year) than the tag is typically worth. Not to mention he could still take more than he made before.

I don't know about this incarceratedbob guy. He also said the Jets would release Braylon Edwards during the season last year. He's throwing crapuff against the wall and seeing what sticks. He doesn't lock into one team and actually play the field boldly. He spreads himself wide, for the most part, and then ignores his failures in lieu of the wider guess he got right. He's a braggart too.

Depends on the price, but he's not shown to be much thus far. I wouldn't mind spinning his tires for the right price. He's still young and would at least bring some experience.

The goal is to keep the proven guys from your own team and build through the draft and UDFAs. You can't keep your own guys by making a lot of splashes in the FA pool.

dont know about his blocking, is 6 ft & 220 power back, hasnt caught many balls as not thrown to so we dont know how will do that way

He's a solid pass blocker and will hopefully only get better. I think that's one of his biggest strengths.
