  1. Not a fan of tanking. Teams should play their healthy  starters. These are pro’s, and need to be out on the field regardless of W’s and L’s. No need to fire CP at this point, he’s gonna assure a poor showing for the rest of the season and that means no tanking is going to be needed for a high draft pick. Was just telling my wife(whom is a life-long niners fan), that it bums me out that we’re not getting the yards/Touchdowns for Frank to pass some of the other all time greats.

So when you combine his lack of STs acumen with his various nagging injuries, and sprinkle on top of that an irritation between him and the coaches, it adds up to healthy scratches on Sunday.

Agree. Kid seems to have “maturity” problems, that the staff have tried to reign-in/deal with since he reported to camp early on. He’s got talent though, just needs to wake up to his reality and learn.

A QB gains respect from his teammates in a situation like that.    The coaches did the right thing.

As odd as it may seem, this is part of building a team

Agree. This is what builds an offensive units chemistry/trust with each other. Much respect to JB! Kids a baller for sure, and I for one am looking forward to his hopeful progression.

I lean to the edge of middle middle of the road fan and up to the hard core fan. However, the team has lost me this season due to the protesting and likely not a returning season ticket holder (after 20+ years) because of it. I can stomach watching a bad team play but I can't combine the two issues and watch an incompetent coaching staff continue doing the same things week after week.

Seems injuries are not with just the Colts its a trend league wide this year.

It seems like a yearly thing for the Colts though. Even in the RCA Dome, w/that horrible carpet they used to play on. Others on this forum have screamed from the rafters about how bad the field-turf is in Lucas Oil.

Which is why Luck will play when he's ready and won't just sit the season.  Everybody involved with the Colts needs to have some confidence he can return to form, to at least do some planning.  If he's still injured or out of shape, then he sits.  But he's not sitting if he can play.

Couldn’t agree more. AL needs all the reps he can get(within medical reasoning, ie a pitch-count), to knock off the amount of rust he’s accumulated. The line will shake out, it has to right!?! Tough times for sure. I know football’s a tough sport, but the injuries are so cronic for the Colts.

I didn't watch the game.  I just came online now to see the final score.  If you are upset then do not support the team until changes are made. If you want to see Pagano out of Indy and the drastic changes happen that need to happen stop supporting the team.  Don't go to games, don't buy merchandise and don't watch until those changes occur.  Show management and Irsay that they are losing their fanbase and force them to do something otherwise this is all you are going to get this season.

This^ I personally haven’t watched any NFL football since wk 2. Haven’t clicked onto NFL.com/ESPN. I only give the Colts.com clicks, because you guys/gals here are what truly keep my “Fandom” going. Not pandering, I truly mean this. We gotta stick together in this mess of a franchise right now. We are the ones that dictate to “Owners” in reality. Because “We Fans” spend our $$ to raise these “Ivory towers of Football”! JMO

If he is....it's the franchise's fault for not giving him the proper supporting cast all these years. You know ppl are gonna judge a QB by the amount of success the team has, fair or not. And this team has not had much success due to an incompetent front office. This franchise has completely failed Luck thus far.

This^ QFT Eerily reminds me of what Cleveland did to Tim Couch after they drafted him(Couch was an amazing talent out of UK). Got dude killed, and it cost him his career.

It comes down to playing a full 60 minutes. The team must not slow down and give up the big plays that allow other teams to make a comeback with minutes or seconds left to play. I BELIEVE! The team will continue to get better and better barring any more serious injuries. Get well Andrew and the rest, the season isn't even half over yet. Never give up, never surrender! That's what makes this country the best country in the world. I am proud to be a COLTS FAN!

Good post. Like the positivity. :)

  10. Browns are historically pretty good on D, so who knows there. As of right now, I think it's pretty even to tell the truth(makes me ill to say this). I think it could come down to the last possession, as to who wins. As long as we don't have another meltdown like wk 1, we have a shot.

    lack of effort from AC/Moncreif

These two alone really hurt our chances for winning. Crief played so timidly, you would have thought he was made of glass(I'm being pc here, he had me cursing the tv!). AC has been a true disappointment since signing his fat contract. We need a real LT in the next cpl of drafts for sure, AC is soft and isn't cutting it imo.
