There's a Lot of very good WRs in next year's draft. Those may be the top-10, but there's probably another 10 that are not listed that will be very good.

Yep, Evan Engram and George Kittle were 210 pounds and lighter in college. You should read this article. Collin Johnson fits the profile for the modern NFL converted TE, IMO.

Totally agree!
On a side note... Johnson's teammate, Devin Duvernay jumps off the screen. He's got tyreek hill speed and good hands.

I just hope if they Keep Helton he isn't stupid and goes back to Daniels cause he blows.
Colin Cowherd said something earlier today about USC keeping Helton. I know Slovis wasn't consistent all the time, but he showed that he's a very good QB that needs reps under center in order to hone his skills. Idk if Daniels sucks, but Slovis definitely needs to be the starter moving forward.

He is built better than Reggie, more like Davante Adams, I feel. He does run routes real well. Yes, that is a Day 2 candidate I'd definitely invest in.
With both TY and Campbell, we will have the speed element. If Funchess is not brought back, this guy or Collin Johnson of Texas are 2 guys I am looking at. I might even be inclined to ask Collin Johnson to put on some weight and make him a receiving TE.
Collin Johnson with weight would probably be like Coby Fleener 2.0. I would be ok with that!

I like it a lot, but I highly doubt Herbert falls that low in Rd 1.

Look at what USC's QB has done granted he has very good WR's but very Impressive for a Freshman.
I agree. I've watched Slovis during games as well as in Highlights. He is already a good QB! With 2 more seasons he will probably be a top-5 pick

I'm following that guy since 2 weeks. Like what i see. But I'm not sure how to rate their opponents.
He is projected a day 3 or late day 2 pick at the moment.
As I wrote in another thread, IF the QB Ballard likes isn't there anymore when we pick in the 1st,would you mind taking a shot at him in the 3rd or 4th round?
I would use a 3rd Rd pick on him. I've seen an Up-arrow next to his name on some draft sites, so if he balls out at Combine or Senior Bowl it could push him Waaaay up the board

Ok....... Where the Fricken Frick did HE come from???
The kid has great field vision and an EXTREMELY quick release to go with his strong arm and excellent touch
(At least from this clips and others that YOU MADE ME RESEARCH.... DAMN YOU! )
He is now on MY radar...... I will be watching for more
He will need to put some weight on
....... Maybe I need to watch more College Football than THE AWESOME
OHIO STATE BUCKEYES
He was stuck behind Gardner Mishnew last season. He has much better downfield vision than Brissett.
I agree he definitely needs to put on weight.
when Thee Ohio State is that good it's hard not to watch 'em

They just want the texans to make the playoffs so that the ravens can destroy them again
Better ratings. Some games are rigged.

Was there a clear recovery by a Colt?
Yes. Darius Leonard had the ball. Replay showed the ball coming out before Watson went down. Leonard raised his left arm stating he had the ball

2020
Round 1... Jake Fromm
Bc Jacoby ain't cuttin' it
Round 2a... Troy Pride Jr
Bc our CBs can't run with Fuller/Hopkins. And apparently putting a CB with S over-top in order to stop plays like Hopkins td is out of the question

I would rather sign Teddy Bridgewater as a FA than draft a mediocre QB.
DT, OG, WR I believe are top priority

I find Jonathan Williams' vision better than that of Jordan Wilkins.
For a 2nd string between-the-tackles back, I feel Jonathan Williams is the guy we need to ride. Great job by the coaches but I found his performance more exciting than the "meh" stuff we typically get with Jordan Wilkins. Granted it is just one game but I found his vision good in pre-season too before he got banged up. He showed me something today.
Thoughts???
I agree. I've been waiting for him to get healthy to see what he could do.
He looked just as good yesterday as he did in Preseason

I'm ok with Reich allowing Big Q to have some fun.
I don't know who to blame between A.C. and Joe Haeg though. There was one DT in front of them. Haeg went straight forward while A.C. went towards Center, effectively blowing Haeg off his feet and filling the hole that Big Q was gonna run thru.
I wonder if Haeg was supposed chip the DT and then get to the LB thus allowing A.C. to push the DT towards Center, but when Haeg didn't go to the second level A.C. just pushed everyone in front of him.

WR, 6'2 205lbs, great route runner and able to get separation, as of today (11-16-2019) he has 14 career 100-yd games, able to consistently high-point the ball.
Reminds me of Reggie Wayne!

And we will likely have 3 picks in the first 60 in draft ,we will be better .
I totally agree. We will be better. It takes time & draft picks meeting/exceeding their potential. I trust Ballard.

And replace Vinatieri
I think Vinny will retire after this season, so we will be replacing his position.
I don't think we'll ever replace Adam Vinatieri. He is the GOAT

I see that schedule and think... we Have to replace Glowinski and we Have to get a NT/DT that can stop the Run and collapse the pocket. I know, easier said than done.. this D would be so much different with someone like Fletcher Cox.
Games are won in the Trenches.

Rodrigo Blankenship, Georgia next draft.
Adam Vinatieri is a first ballot HOF, BUT the G.O.A.T needs to retire at the end of the season.

I think Kylin Hill would make for a nice RB tandem with Mack. Great fit attitude-wise with the Colts' run game.
A.J. Dillon out of BC is another 'hammer' back to consider. Earl Campbell, he ain't. But at 6' and 249#, I'd feel pretty good about short yardage & 4th quarter closeouts when guys are tired.
I like A.J. Dillon also. He's big, but he runs a 4.5 and he would be great to pair with our other RBs.

So we beat the Texans and then beat the #4 Defense (Broncos) but the Texans are still ranked higher..
This is billboard material inside the Colts locker room or it's printed on the toilet paper. Maybe both
-
Justin Madubuike or Neville Gallimore would be my 2 best-fit DT for our defense.
-
Neville Gallimore, DT, Oklahoma
-or-
Justin Madubuike, DT, Texas A&M
Both are able to stop the Run and collapse the pocket. I like Kinlaw from South Carolina, but I think both of these guys are a step ahead.
