  1. I agreed with the final play call.  4th and 4 at your own 43 with 27 seconds left.  Try to win the game, not settle for a tie.  I understand tying would have put up 3rd in the standings instead of 4th but I'd rather go for the win.

Havent seen watson play this year. Is he really way worse than last year or just rusty

He's thrown for 300 yards 2 TD's and 1 INT's a game.  Not the pace he was going last year but not horrible by any means.  His line hasn't been all that great.  Hopefully he doesn't have a break out game against the Colts.

I honestly don't even see this game being close. Watson has looked Bad and our Defense is playing Good. We are also at home. Luck will have a big day IMO as well.

I am with you.  The Colts defense has been solid and the offense has been good enough(needs to be better) but the Texans look pretty bad on both sides of the ball.  BUT the only thing that worries me is that it's a division game and the Texans are desperate for a win.  If the Colts play like they have the first 3 weeks and don't have a let down, I think they win comfortably too.  Lets hope so anyways!

  4. I think the Colts win 28-16.  If the defense plays like it has the first 3 weeks and the offense can get it together, the Colts should win comfortably.  The Texans are not a good team right now.  Lets hope we don't have a let down!

  5. I'll admit there were so bad calls both ways but dang that holding penalty on Sheard and the roughing the passer penalty(on the Eagles last scoring drive) really hurt.  They were awful calls. The colts stopped the Eagles on 4th and 5 at midfield when they called Sheard for the hold.  The Colts would have had a good chance to win if that wasn't called.  BUT they also had a chance anyways and couldn't convert in the redzone.  The offense has to get better.  The defense is playing unbelievable and I don't think it's a fluke.  With all that being said, the Colts have a winnable game Sunday, if they get that one they'll have some momentum rolling into Foxborough.  I said if they could manage a 2-3 start or better they'd have a chance to get on a roll starting week 6.  I think the Jets, Bills, Raiders, Dolphins, Cowboys and Giants are all winnable games.  Ten doesn't look like world beaters and neither does Jax.  The offense needs to get it going though.

This Forum continues to be pleasant with positivity, very nice! This game against Philly will be close. Our Defense has me curious after last week.

Our defense has me really curious man. If they can play like they did last week, the offense will get it going and the Colts will be a tough out.  I think I read  Luck is like 25-0 when the defense gives up fewer than 12 points?  Something along those lines.  Right now there 10th overall according to ESPN defense rankings/points.  My questions are was last week a fluke?  Was Washington not that great of an offensive team?  Will we see the same old Colts defense back this week?  Or will we see the same defense from last week continuing to improve?  I am pretty sure were all very curious.  I don't know the last time we could say the Colts defense won them a game(like this past Sunday).  I do realize they are fast and are really good tacklers.  I think they'll only get better.

  7. The Colts have a chance in this one.  If the offense can score TD's and not turn the ball over and the if the defense can play like they did last week they have a shot.  The Eagles are thin at receiver and a few running backs are banged up to I believe.  The Eagles defense is ranked 19th through the first 2 games, I am sure they are better than that but they haven't been the D they were last year, not yet anyways.  Getting Wentz back should give the team motivation.  The Redskins are ranked 1 in defense, the Colts offense wasn't great but they scored 21 on them on the road.  I know it's only been 2 weeks but I am curious to see how the Colts perform this week.  It's a great test to see if the defense was a fluke or if they can stay consistent.  I'll say Eagles win 23-20.

  8. They are solid on both sides of the ball(on paper at least).  They proved it on the field last year.  I feel like they didn't play that well in week 1 or 2, maybe Wentz gives them a lift but he could be rusty.  I am not sure what to expect.  If the Colts D can play like they did last week and the offense can manage drives without turning the ball over, the Colts can win this one.  I hope they stay competitive, no one is picking them to win.

Player 1 Foles, player 2 Wentz.  Just a guess though?  Your right, not much different regardless.  It did seem like their offense was really rolling with a healthy Wentz last year.  Foles did a great job filling in.

  10. I think it's great that Wentz has made it back(says a lot about his rehab and dedication), but I am a bit nervous for him.  Torn LCL and ACL in week 16 of last year and back already?  That's roughly only 9 months.  I am no doctor but I figured he'd practice at least a week or two before being completely cleared to play in a game.  I read an article a few weeks ago stating that if he comes back to early there is more of a chance for him to re-rupture his LCL or ACL.  I hope he'll end up being fine.  I hope the Colts can go in there and get a win Sunday!  It'll be tough but not impossible.

  11. The defense looked great.  They need to play consistently throughout the season though.  We need to give them more than 1 good game lol.   They did look pretty darn good though.  Fast and young.  Tackle great!
