-
Brian Quick.
-
If we draft Marvin Jones or Brian Quick in Round 3 I'll be happy.
-

Finally someone else on the Marvin Jones love!
-
Don't sleep on Marvin Jones my friend. I love him as a prospect, think he'd definitely be worth our 3rd rounder.
-
1.Luck
2.J Jenkins
3.Brandon Brooks
4.Quick
5.Akiem Hicks
5.Josh Oglesby
6.Ladarius Green
7.Whalen
7.Blatnick
7.Lance Lewis
No chance Green gets out of the 4th round. Weak TE class and he's one of the few draftable inside the first 4 rounds.

Based loosely on needs, player visits, reported interest etc.
Situation 1
1. Andrew Luck, QB, Stanford
2. Janoris Jenkins, CB, North Alabama
3. Marvin Jones, WR, California
4. Ladarius Green, TE, Louisiana Lafayette
5. Cyrus Gray, RB, Texas A&M
5C. Nick Jean-Baptiste, NT, Baylor
6C. Tim Fugger, OLB, Vanderbilt
7. Jermaine Kearse, WR, Washington
7. Steven Baker, OT, East Carolina
7C. Carmen Messina, ILB, New Mexico
Situation 2
1. Andrew Luck, QB, Stanford
2. Coby Fleener, TE, Stanford
3. Brian Quick, WR, Appalachian State
4. Josh Norman, CB, Coastal Carolina
5. Senio Kelemete, OG, Washington
5C. Akiem Hicks, NT, Regina
6C. Cordarro Law, OLB, Southern Miss
7. Matt Conrath, DE, Virginia
7. Adrien Cole, ILB, Louisiana Tech
7C. Griff Whalen, WR, Stanford
Now, tell me which you'd rather have...you can mix and match if you like.
-
Gimme Marvin Jones in the third. The guy looks like a great prospect.
-
ILB Vontaze Burfict!
-
because I like his skillset more than Lucks
Great, he can run quicker and throw further. Scrap the #1 pick, let's get JaMarcus Russell in!
-
nonsense im PRO RG3
Why though?
-
I really like Marvin Jones from Cal in the 3rd.
-
NFL.com said yesterday that Grigson has already been in contact with Projected Free Agents about signing for us. I like the initiative!
-
If stats were everything we'd be drafting Kellen Moore #1.
-
^ Got my Clayton's mixed up there!
-
Everyone seems to like them. Why?
Sanu is not what we need. He is small and can't get separation (like Jeffery except Jeffery can jump)
And I just don't know much about randle but LSU isn't exactly a WR factory these past few years
Clayton + Doucet aren't bad, but that Dwayne Bowe guy is useless.
-
zietler isn't worth our 2nd round pick and if were gonna go oline i rather have mike adams or cordy glenn. both of those guys are better then zietler and could play rt. castonzo, reitz, satele, ijilana, adams would be better.winston justice is just a back up we need a rt.
Well I have Adams going at #32 to the Giants and Glenn at #18 to the Chargers. Zeitler is a really good prospect.
-
My plan would be get a TE that can start this year and Rodriguez ar FB/H-B and next year draft a TE in a strong draft class for TE's and let Eldridge go when his contract is up and have to quality TE's and a great FB/H-B
Agree. With my draft there, our Offense would read:
Wayne - TE Green - LT Castonzo - LG Zeitler - C Satele - RG Ijalana - RT Justice - WR Collie - Streeter/Avery
QB Luck
FB Rodriguez
HB Brown
Defense:
FS Bethea - SS Zbikowski
CB Boykin - ILB Conner - ILB Angerer - CB Powers
OLB Freeney - DE Moala - NT McKinney/Baptiste - DE Redding - OLB Mathis
I think things could be a lot worse.
-
In my mock draft I took him, because we'll be playig more I-form and two receiver formations, so we have to get good O-linemen(guards for Gods sake) and athetic TE's at least two, Fleener or Charles or Hanna or Rodriguez
Yeah, Green + Rodriguez in mid rounds should be okay - if not then we could get Tyler Eifert next year perhaps?
-
If Fleener has gone, I wouldn't mind seeing us pick Zeitler.
Some may see as an ever so slight reach, but the guy is a really good Guard. He's good in both pass AND run protection, assisted Montee Ball on his way to almost 2,000 rushing yards last season, comes from a college which has produced decent linemen (Thomas, Carimi, Konz).
It's not particularly the most exciting pick in the world but I think it strengthens the trenches - something which Grigson has assisted in previously whilst with the Eagles.
We don't want Luck turning into the new David Carr, do we?
I'd love to see us get Josh Chapman in the 4th but we obviously need some talent to throw to. Getting Baptiste late on wouldn't be terrible really.
1. QB Andrew Luck
2. OG Kevin Zeitler
3. CB Brandon Boykin
4. TE Ladarius Green
5. WR Tommy Streeter
5C. NT Nick-Jean Baptiste
6C. TE/FB Evan Rodriguez
7. WR Jermaine Kearse
7. DE Matt Conrath
7C. ILB Adrien Cole
-
Would love Robert Woods next year.
-
Link? I can't find it.
-
Id take Hicks as well in the 3rd over Ta'amu but Id draft Baptiste as well in later rounds
In the third? He'll be there are end of 5th I reckon for our comp pick.
-
1.Andrew Luck
2.Jenkins
3.AJ Jenkins, Criner, Sanu, which ever is best available
4.Dwayne Allen
5.Akiem Hicks
5.Streeter
6.Baptiste
7.Owusu
7.Tony Bergstrom
7.Chris Polk
Opinions?
Allen in the 4th? CHRIS POLK IN THE SEVENTH?! What?!
Pick #92 is...TY Hilton (merge)

Not a fan of the pick. When you consider better WR's are available, we didn't need to trade up for him AND we need to go defense, it's an odd one.
