  1. Found this in the broncos board... let it begin

WTH was that? PFM didn't leave on bad terms. Why does everyone think that? What I believe is Irsay planned on rebuilding the team (which happened) and wanted Peyton to get a chance to win a championship elsewhere while Indy rebuilt. I think our "quick" rebound has confused everybody. Our team was AWFUL the year Peyton was hurt. I don't think anyone saw Luck and Grigson coming in and being successful so quickly.

And no one is "afraid of the 'Big Bad Wolf'."

  2. Bad coaching, bad defense, bad pass catching, only 2 decent things tonight were Luck and the special teams.  They play like that next week and Peyton beats us by about 30.

AV was good. Pat was BAD today.

  3. Drop for fleener, drop for wayne, drop for dhb, drop for Hilton, drop for trich. That is one of the reasons they lost. Terrible to watch. We beat ourselves with penalties and drops.

Couple of bad punts and bad penalties hurt too. Bad all around. Luck and Vinatieri are the only bright spots today.

  4. And they wonder why people "steal" games (watch illegal streams). I can never blame a fan or fans for not going to NFL games. It's downright expensive and practically unaffordable for a typical family of four. Not to mention with HDTV, some people find it more entertaining to watch from their couch. Shame on the NFL and franchises for these stupid rules.

  5. Its football, I was glad to see some things go uncalled on both sides

Seriously. I thought besides a couple blown calls (happens every game) the refs did a good job at not calling Seattle for PI on every play. By rule they could call them for almost any contact, but today it was just football.

Those same fans complaining about the refs today unanimously agreed that that pass to Golden Tate vs the Packers was "shared possession" and not an INT.

  6. That was definitely a missed call. It happens. Sucks that it was on a turnover.

But Luck has to keep two hands on the ball until he's throwing it. His bad on the fumble.

Yeah. I agree Luck needs to hold on to the ball their. Crap happens, but I wasn't complaining about the no call after the play. Looked incidental. By rule it should have been a penalty, but realistically it didn't matter to me.

  7. I thought the refs made some questionable calls in our favor. The offensive PI against Golden Tate was a very bad call.

There were a couple bad non calls in their favor too (luck fumble when he was clearly hit in the head). It's part of the game. It happens. Luck outplayed Wilson and our defense stepped up in the second half. They are blaming their loss to a "bad" team on the refs.

It's not even like it's a few fans too, it's the majority.

  8. Seattle fans almost unanimously clamoring that the refs stole the game from them. lol.....1 bad call early on, that's it (offensive PI on Tate).

Seriously, head over to their forum. Top three posts are blaming the refs for losing to a "bad" team. Stay classy Seattle.

  9. I think it's a solid pick. I honestly think he has more potential in the NFL as an OLB anyway.

Would have rather had Rhodes because I think he will be a top tier CB.

The one thing I HATE about him is the fact that he gives up on plays. He doesn't run after the ball carrier if they're on the other side of the field. I've seen this come back to bite him in the butt, too.

Hopefully some strict instruction will kill this habit.

After what Grigs was able to accomplish in a year though, how could I question this move?
