  1. I found it hilarious and disturbing when Pats fans would mock him for not staying in New England and saying that he didnt work hard enough for a championship team.

He won a championship himself (and beat them to get there) so he knew the hard work. It just gets to a point where its too much for his age...

I really hope he comes to coach the Wide Receivers.

The Dolphins' line is really bad.

IDK how they rank on PFF, but if you watched any of their games the past few seasons, Tannehill has been abused.

The head coach has ALOT of responsibilities. He is not going to sit there half the day to train the offensive line. Thats the oline coaches job. Also, it couldve had alot to do with talent in the line.

I don't have anything to contribute to the college scouting report. I notice that college teams (some) are getting close to the talent in the nfl. there should be plenty of linemen to choose from. don't just look at the big name teams, look for toughness, smarts and never give up attitude.

dont forget the trainers have to get them there. lol.

I'm not sure we need 3. When we get a real C that will  help the entire line especially our G's Thorton has the tools to be a good G. I would still bring in someone to challenge him. I really like Feeney should be a day 3 guy or a FA.

The thing that has me concerned is how happy the Owner and GM seem with RT. I waa thinking we would draft a RT and sign a real C in FA.

well...you think about it. The oline performs well in key games against the Pats and Broncos. But why do they struggle against the Jaguars and Titans? LOL.

I wouldnt count the Steelers game, the team was so banged up playing with 2nd stringers at that point and we saw how essential Castanzo was to the oline. But things are really looking up with Mewhort atleast. Id rather eliminate everyone aside from Mewhort and Castonzo and build from there.

There's also this thing called........    Free Agency.

Players can be obtained there as well.

Yea...because weve all seen what Grigson has done there already. Satele, Herremans, and other released olineman. Not to mention, many overpaid free agent players...

Hes had way better luck in the draft but being too young isnt going to help this team with a couple of pieces away from a long run in the playoffs.

Do you do anything other than worry?

The sky isn't falling.     There are 4 to 5 offensive tackles who are 1st round players.

If the team decides it wants to focus on a center and/or guard,  then there's always the 2nd and 3rd round.

Everything is fine right now.     Try not to panic over E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G!!!

Okay, the problem is not that we need an offensive line man. We need 3 atleast!!! One center, 1 guard and an rt. And you're not going to have a whole line of rookies at oline but there needs to be depth just in case.

  8. There doesn't seem to be enough talent out there? I saw the top 5 prospects and only one has a highlight reel. Taylor I believe but most of them are left tackles. Is there an easy transition to right tackle?

It just doesn't seem to be worth it at pick #18 to get a guy who won't get picked til the 2nd or 3rd round..

We know atleast the top 2 will be gone by pick #15. Im thinking the last resort is a top cornerback.

That is why I feel bad for all fans that go through this. Pro sports is a special bond with the fans, city, and team. I want the owners to make money, and the league and players to do well, but its getting obscene.

Yea, im just so glad the Colts didnt enter. I know that the Irsays choices were between moving to Indy or Los Angeles. Even though i live 45 miles from LA, Indy is the right place.

LA has had their chances with their teams and obviously thats why they left in the first place. The demographics show its just not a football city. Too much going on and i believe it will affect a players performance with the Hollywood scene.

Even Vontae Davis said it himself that Indy saved his career because the nightlife distracted him from his work. Its unexplainable but we will see a difference.

Goofy ex- NFL players on NFL network only worried about player branding ! How about some appreciation for the fans that help pay the salary ?

I never thought of that. Wow...that is definitely true. A fan pays his money to go to the game and the owner goes to another city. Its like scamming people and running away. Therefore stealing. I hope they can get a lawyer to Get that money back...

I wouldnt compare it to Indy though. I read the story and the state was trying to take away the ownership.

I'd hope not this off-season or Grigson should be fired on the spot since Luck has one more year left on his deal...

From there if a deal isn't done then yes you can bet everything you own that Andrew Luck will be franchised tag without a second thought.

exactly, thats what i think. Luck will be paid more than 20 million anyway and even more with guarantees. So a franchise can still make sense.

Do you know what Eli and Rivers are averaging per season?

I would ask the mods to delete this thread if I were you.

Well, that was not the point i was referring to. Eli and Rivers definitely perform much better than Tannehill and Cutler...

Atleast Eli has 2 Super Bowls and weve seen what Rivers can do.
