Why is he being compared to Reggie Wayne?According to NFL.com:STRENGTHS
Good size for the position, has the height and length to play outside at the next level. Very good quickness off the line, gets to speed in a couple of steps and can shimmy to free himself and stick his foot in the ground to get inside position on slants. Uses a head fake to get the seam and possesses enough straight-line speed to take advantage of hesitating cornerbacks in off coverage. Stems to separate with good foot quickness on comebacks and out routes, also extends his arm to create space on short and deep routes. Catches the ball with his hands away from his body, even when tracking passes over either shoulder. Wins jump balls in the end zone and over the middle with good vertical and great concentration. Good sideline awareness to get two feet in-bounds while making the catch. Used on quick throws to take advantage of his shiftiness and surprisingly tough running, lowers his shoulder and is not easy for smaller cornerbacks to drag down after the catch. Sells routes where he knows he’s not the primary target to free up the underneath or cross-field receiver. Shows fight as a run blocker, willing to hit multiple punches to keep his man at bay and works himself into the correct blocking angle. Hustles downfield to help out fellow ballcarriers. Plays with a feisty attitude.
WEAKNESSES
Possesses good, but not elite, straight-line speed and quickness to elude pro defenders. Must prove he has the overall strength to battle veteran NFL cornerbacks in press coverage and on the sideline. Does not always find the ball downfield or come up with catchable passes when adjusting to it in the air. Inconsistent catching punts as a returner, makes some tough grabs running towards the sideline but also loses concentration on occasion.

After Sheilds, forget the other free agent DB's, their are some awesome draft prospects waiting to be picked up.

Xavier Rhodes - (Better than Milliner, yes i said it) Le'Veon Bell - (6'1, 244, 4.5 40 time)

RAY ARMSTRONG is not a bad kid, and didn't get in trouble with drugs, or gang violence. He was seduced by Nelvin Shapiro, at a time when most college kids are financially challenged. It happens in everyone major college program, he just managed to get caught. We let Taylor Mays (6'3 230) get buy us, what's gonna happen this time? BTW - Ray Armstrong (6'4!!! 220, 4.4 time and can cover Cal J, Andre J,Larry F, and A.J. G!!! It's our turn to the BIG SAFTEY, again!!! (I hope Grigson reads this post)
If Armstrong can cover those guys he'd go in the top 5. This bias is really hurting my eyes.

This really, and I mean really, irks me. Are these guys blind? Elway brings in Manning, instant Exec of the Year.. he's just lucky Manning chose him.
I can understand Schneider. He had a phenomenal year, but Grig's was just a little better.

That's some great photoshop work.call it being a homer. but...does anyone think there is a chance that Grigs trades up or maybe even he falls and drafts Te'o? and if so do you think it would be a good move. just a thought.Te'o is beast. Just drafting him no matter what the circumstances are would be a great move. Just not a necessity for us.

Are you saying only elite QBs should make the pro bowl? If so, why is Schaub in it? Better yet, what was Andy Dalton doing in it last year.....Luck doesnt deserve to be there anyways...He isn't elite.

Tom Z should not get his job back. Joe isn't a world beater by any means, but he's faster, has better coverage, and actually attacks the ball-carrier.
