I love Luck's positive attitude, but I still think the run blocking needs to improve big time.
-
We just need the line to open up some holes so we truly see what we have in running backs.

Looks like the right guy was retained at least for the short term.

Next man up. I sure do hope the 2nd team lineman fill in well or Grigson signs some quick help.

I'm hoping "Edge" gets in the '17 Class.

What a great weekend for Colts fans. Proud to be a Colts fan.

I can't stand Men that hit Women. Domestic violence sucks and who knows when a guilty party is clear from committing domestic violence again. Call me crazy, even though I don't think I am, but I would like for the Colts to bring in Ray Rice to compete for a backup RB position. He could produce a good 1-2 punch ( no pun intended ) in the Colts backfield. If anyone has ever paid their dues I think it is him and he said he would donate his salary to charity. If not now, maybe once the regular season has started. What do you think ? Nothing to lose.

I still have a Freeney Super Bowl jersey. He was my favorite Colt for a long time. Glad he is still playing in the league.

Who is Hightower the safety listed? I must have missed something.

Looking forward to a great battle at RG. I haven't given up on Thornton, but I'd like to see Good earn the start there.

What do these positions represent ? Thanks

On Tuesday morning during media availability, Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano was asked if Joe Reitz is the team's starting right tackle, and he eventually submitted that Reitz is indeed the team's starter on the right side.
I'm really excited to see Luck, Gore & the other RBs work with a good O line. Reitz has stuck around and it has paid off. After being an UDFA and being on different teams practice squads, I'm glad he has been rewarded for his perseverance. It's not like he is inexperienced, he has some starting experience and lots of playing time. I'm getting excited for the O line. Now, if Good or Thornton step up and get locked in @ RG they can establish some cohesion and good depth on the line will follow. I'm always happy to see a local boy make good with the home team/good guys also.

Heath Evans meant to say 10-6. He gets confused a lot.

@funk and FL, that is exactly what I have 10-6 and 4-2 in the Division. We aren't getting swept by Houston. They wont win here if Andrew is healthy and playing. We may sweep them if Watt isn't healthy and Hopkins isn't playing. I actually have us losing in GB If we are good enough to win in GB then we surely can beat anyone in our Division. Not really sure what the NFL Network people are smoking? Heath is a Colts hater so I guess I shouldn't be shocked by this. He wouldn't go to Vegas and bet any amount of money on us going 6-10 so he is full of nonsense.
I agree, Evans definitely is a Colts hater.

I don't know anything about him, but he is huge. Won't be hard to hit that target.

NFL Media's Heath Evans and Elliot Harrison have us getting swept by Houston & beating the Packers in Green Bay. Finish the season 6-10. I don't think with Luck being healthy an improved offensive line, defensive line and 3 excellent Wrs we end up worse than last year. I see us going 10-6. 4-2 at the worst in the division.

I realize we have Quan Bray as a return specialist, but adding Devin Hester sounds very interesting to me even though he is 33 and only played 5 games last year.

The picture was disgusting. How can a grown "MAN" stoop to this level ? Maybe he is just a very immature young man or he has a habit of speaking or acting before he thinks. I know nothing about him, but hope the Browns and or NFL severely punish him. I would expect the Colts to do the same, no matter who the player is.

After playing just seven games last year, Andrew Luck came in at No. 92, down 85 spots from his No. 7 rank last year. Last year, kicker Adam Vinatieri came in at No. 98, cornerback Vontae Davis at No. 59 and wide receiver TY Hilton at No. 35. One would assume that none of the three will be making the jump into the top 20 on this list, especially if Luck is ranked that low.

This week, the website 12up.com released a list of jerseys that fans of all 32 NFL franchises wish they could burn, and the nominee for the Indianapolis Colts Curtis Painter was an absolute no-brainer. While I am not a jersey-burner myself, this is a good one, but 2 others I can come up with are Mike Vanderjagt & of course Trent Richardson.

I truly support Polian's induction. We can only hope Grigson turns a 180 and becomes as successful as Polian.

1. This would require a player to go out of his way to handicap his team
2. This idea is based on the assertion that a player should make more money because the NFL makes more money. A player's performance has very little to do with the league's revenue. Just because the league does well and can increase the salary cap, doesn't mean a player has performed well enough to increase his cap hit from year to year based on the league's revenue
3. Don't listen to anything Mike Florio says
I agree. Florio is full of hot air like Stephen A Smith is. Anything to create news.

Ouch, some of those comments actually think Luck is pursing this. I wouldn't agree with this in my opinion and I don't think it would be smart to do so.
I agree. I don't believe Luck wants that either. I do hope his agent feels the same or Luck sets him straight.

This idea of paying players a percentage of the salary cap seems quite scary to me.

I'd bring him and Karlos Williams both in to see what they can do. More skeptical though about Williams.
