  1. I'm guessing that would be for a RT. Linkenbach will probably make the 53 man roster but he's not a starter. Ijalana did not play a good game until the Cincy game so he is not ready.

Agreed, RT was my initial thought.

  2. So wait, wait, wait. Everyone is screaming about how dumb the Colts front office is when we can dare to cut guys like Javarris James, or Tommie Harris. But when the Patriots cut a 2-time Pro Bowler, who has played a whopping 2 years, mind you, no one mentions how dumb their front office is?

Seriously, we live in a Bizzaro world.

  3. With James going there should be room for one. I am guessing we will keep four backs and if we do Addai, Brown, and Carter will probably make it now which means Spann or Evans should have the other job. I think Evans gets it.

I think you're right. I hope, if that is the case, that Spann can find his way to the PS.

  4. Evans yes, Spann I just don't see him making it. I want Spann to make it he went to my high school but I just don't think he did enough to win a job.

I don't expect both (Evans, Spann) to make the final 53, but I still believe both of them have a higher ceiling than James and I'd like to see both of them on at least the practice squad.

  5. really,

so you think freakin Gill is going to do better??? The guy made a couple of great plays and pressures, and heck he got a DT SACK!!!!

He was extremely good Depth, and could have contributed to make a great D-;ine. He definitly wasn't cut because he didn't play to his contract, it must be because of the waiver wire or that they like Nevis THAT much, or an injury

This was a big B.S move otherwise, no one says they should be Polian, and don't kiss his butt for this, until we get an explanation.

    Get over it.

Tommie Harris is not the same player he was a few years ago. I actually wanted us to keep him but for people to say "Polian wants our dline to be weak" is just down right stupid.

  6. Well, there went all the high hopes for him helping the D-line. Im really starting to think the Colts actually like having a weak D-line.

SERIOUSLY!!! Because Tommie Harris is the best defensive tackle in the history of the world and was destroying every offensive lineman every play in the preseason!! Grrr, Polians... I should be GM!!

    (warning: read cautiously)

  7. Blair White is also 6'2 and physical. Why give him the boot and bring in Brooks? White is healthy now so that reason wouldn't justify. White has proven hands, does Brooks? Is Brooks that much better of a route runner? Probably not. Also I don't really count 6'2 as a tall receiver, so which guy is more physical? Is Brooks that much faster than White? Probably a little faster.

White is healthy? Do you have a link to this info?

  8. But you have also never heard Dwight Freeney say we need better defensive tackles, lol. Ok I should've used the word "I," instead of making it sound like the Colts organization themselves were wanting a big, strong, physical type reciever. It's all hypothetical, I've heard many people talk about how delightful Moss would be. I & many other fans would love a Dre, Fitz, Marshall, Colston like reciever for the team and I really dont see how you can argue with that. I'm not saying this guy will be remotely like them, he might get cut but hey if he makes the team atleast they will have a 6"2+ 210+ reciever on the team, he couldn't be worse than Blair, lol... Ganzo apparently might not make the cut anyways, if Brooks has one more good preseason game the guy could work his way to the #4 spot.

Wrong, he's much worse. He's not good, he's had one above average preseason game.

  9. 1.Painter did just enough to save his job---(Painter completed just over 50 percent of his passes, for 171 yards, including two touchdowns and no interceptions.

Not great, but not awful either.)

2.The right side of the O-Line is Solid---(Joseph Addai had huge holes to run through on the right side to start the game.)

3.Jacob Lacey Needs to Improve---(acob Lacey looked bad —really bad —against the Packers.

He was consistently beaten by the bigger, faster Packers receivers. )

4.Delone Carter will play and be a threat in our Offense---(No player has impressed me more for the Colts this preseason than Delone Carter.

When Carter came into the game, the running game immediately improved.)

5.D-line Is Fierce---(When you add Tommie Harris, Jamaal Anderson, and Drake Nevis to an already solid pass rush, the sky is the limit.)

    Do you agrree?

oh yea and CHip Vaughn will be cut maybe even jerry hughes everyone did good to me except them 3
