GC is playing hurt so yeah there is drop off in his play. If we take any tackle I hope it's a LT or sign King Dunlap and move Castanzo to RT.

Castanzo is the best o-lineman we have. If you think he is bad and needs replaced, I don't know what to say. He takes on one on ones all year and wins. What else can you ask for out of a LT? He will be resigned during the off season or will get the franchise tag. He won't be replaced that you can count on.

I have no problem saying I'm wrong.    I had no idea about Trent and the flu.

 

I figured since Boom started, but Trent played,  Boom won the job in practice.     To the long-distance observer,  that's what it looks like.

 

I guess the next question is....   who starts Sunday.    I'm expecting Boom....   but maybe not.

It's just his assumption based on who we started in the game.

We have a new starting running back.   Boom won the job in practice this week -- which is why he started today.

 

And then he delivered in the game.    He was not perfect.   But he was better than Trent,  so Boom gets the starter's job.

 

Good for the kid.   Really happy for him and for the Colts.

 

But hope you noticed that Trent played much of the 3rd quarter when we scored two TD's.    He'll still play a roll on this team.

 

Hopefully,  they become a nice 1-2 punch.....

Where did you hear that Boom won the job in practice?  

 

The Indy Star said he ONLY started because Trent still had lingering effects of the flu. They made that very apparent.

 

And Trent had more snaps then Boom in the Jags game, so yeah he will still play a role on this team.
