Possible? Quite. If the D plays well and Collins can play like the last drive all game. Likely? As likely as Indiana winning the BCS.

Brown, Lacey and Gronkowski

I still think we can win a few games

He's certainly a "pretty" thrower, it's a beautiful delivery, crisp, accurate etc. but best of all time has to cover a lot more than that AND for a long time.
Best all time means pretty throws and good decisions for 8-10+, not a single season. If we are going by Theismann's logic, Matt Cassel would be too after the '08 Pats season.
(200th post, yay!)

Interesting, but not surprising IMO
-
Hey, he isn't doing S___ now so its worth a shot. Can't do any worse.
-
Dolphins will beat Houston, like 24-17
-
Never thought of Kiffin. He would be good, but he won't leave the Trojans.
-
he's no Brian Urlacher, but then again, who is?
Brian Urlacher, especially now that his mom has the best view of the game. I expect Urlacher to play the game of his life for his mom.

That's true and when you consider you typically are only going after guys to provide depth in those later rounds, it is also possible to find a diamond in the rough ala an Antoine Bethea or go one further a Tom Brady. Yeah I know these guys don't come around very often but using the pick on a kicker takes away even the possibility.
Don't get me wrong, from a football standpoint there really is no argument for not drafting a kicker...especially considering that hopefully you only have to do it twice every 10+ years (once for punter and once for kicker obviously lol) but just from my personal standpoint I'd rather take the chance on finding that diamond and look for a P or K in FA.
Don't forget, if we used a 7th round pick on a K then we wouldn't be able to take Derek Moye in the 7th.
lol
Well Moye will NEVER fall that far anyway lol but I would like to take the guy whos skills at college transfer carbon copy to pros who is already proven. And if we do, we would have a serious weapon on FGs for the next decade or so.

Yeah I wouldn't be surprised at all if every player on the 'bama defense winds up as a starter in the NFL. Some will only be serviceable, solid starters but others could very well turn into pro bowlers. I said in a thread somewhere we merely needed to decide which position we need most and draft 'bama's starter at that position. lol
Alabama and Iowa always seem to produce NFL studs on a consistent basis.

Sounds about right. I wouldn't be surprised if Seattle doesn't get 10.
Me either. Also wouldn't be suprised to see Pittsburgh get 2+ INTs, 3+ Sacks and at least a forced fumble.

Okay? Maybe I'm the only one who saw angerer whiff on a tackle last week at the goal line.
Ok, and I saw Peyton throw a TD pass to Tracy Porter in the Super Bowl, everyone has bad plays.

Rodgers in definitely among the top 2-3 QBs playing right now but to be considered in the best ever debate he needs to play at this level for another 7 - 8 yrs.
He isn't even top 10 ever on my list.
-
I can admire that they'd spend money on their team (kinda...) but that is a huge waste. It certainly won't do anything.
They are wasting money... * lol

He should've stopped doing everything football related after he got his leg broken. That was a seriously stupid comment.
-
Roof will be closed I heard, possible rain in the forecast.
-
We figured him to have 3-4 good years left before, but now it's down to about 2 good years at most.
-
I love the idea of a trade so we can have 2 1st round draft picks so we can pick up Dre K. and Mark Barron. Anyone else find it rather odd that most of the defensive studs are playing for Alabama.
Those Hawkeyes and Tide!
-
I know that we need them and it is important to have a solid kicking game...but it still kinda feels like wasting a draft pick. I wonder if there are any decent kickers who will be free agents after this year. I'll have to check that out.
Really? I have never thought drafting a kicker to be wasting a pick. Sure, they come a dime a dozen but the good ones are drafted in rounds 6-7

WR, CB, DT, OLB, maybe a QB at the right round
-
A "college feel". Never thought of it that way, but it is kinda true.

TSA BLOWS. LOS on the other hand is better, but for the most part, nice and polite.
Never Thought I Would Say This...

If we get the 1st pick, I'd take Luck in a heartbeat. If we could trade the pick for 3 or so 1sts and we could get Barron, Kirkpatrick and Potter.
