This might be off topic, but I was doing research for my trip to Indianapolis next year to see the Colts and I have to say Indianapolis has got to be the most well thought out and designed city in history!
I get off Amtrak and the stadium and the hotel I'm looking at booking is right in walking distance! I'm from new york city and I can not imagine or concieve in my mind the freedom of WALKING to a stadium without getting on a roaring, congested highway and paying half my paycheck to park!
Man I'm so envious of you guys!

I like the history of the team like Johnny Unitas and such! I like the classic look of the uniforms! I like Andrew Luck and want to follow his career from year one! I want to climb onboard before the bandwagoners catch a hint!
I believe Luck is going to be or should I say IS something special and I want to get onboard this train before it leaves the station! I was raised a NY Giants fan and still like them, but I got room in my heart for the Colts too. Plus blue is my favorite color.
I'm not sure if Colts fans know how the outside views you and your organization, but we see you guys as a classy organization and we view colts fans as friendly, down to earth people. Some fan bases have . and knuckleheads but when I think COLTS FAN, this is not the case.
I still haven't memorized who's in the division, I believe off the top of my head it's Colts, Texans, Jaguars, and I can't remember off the top of my head who the last team is, I want to say Titans.
Anyway, this is my first year, and I plan to follow Luck from the draft to Canton! That is all.

I'll put it like this, the Bills gave the Patriots a run for the money and the Patriots OWN the Bills for over a decade! Even the Jets, who are a skeleton crew of no names right now, gave the Jets a run for the money too in overtime until Rex Ryan got soft and decided to play not to lose. I see the Patriots are already in decline because I judge them by their division in which they OWN!
The division teams they use to push around seem to give them a lot of trouble this year which tells me the Patriots are weak right now. They never started a season in a hole before in something like a decade! The Colts CAN pull off an upset if they
1) PRESSURE BRADY! You don't have to sack him on every down, but make the pocket uncomfortable and stay in his face!
2) DON'T FALL BEHIND! Keep the game close, don't let the Pats slip away, they have a history of running up the score on teams!
3) RUN THE BALL! Their defense sucks! Ask the NY GIANTS!

heck no!!!! No disrespect, but the Redskins had a team built already to plug a franchise QB into and they are still at the bottom of the wide open NFC East as usual. They even tailor the offense to RG3 with that college option stuff to no avail. Even the Panthers beat them. Plus RG3 seems kind of reckless the way he plays and finally I'm tired of all of his commercials that air every 5 minutes.

Texans are the best team in football.
Top 5
Falcons
Texans
49ers
Bears
Pats
and I dislike all of them.

Let me tell you first hand from someone in NYC, the only way the Jets will become relivant again is if they clean house and rebuild. That organization has been mis-managed since superbowl 3.
-
I would rather face the Pats on the road. I think if we beat the Patriots in their own house, that will show the rest of the league that The NEW Colts have arrived and we want to go all the way. It will show that all the heavy hitters in the league like the steelers, the ravens and the 49ers better move over because we are the new TOP TIER team on the list!
I think if we take out new england at home, we will earn the respect that left with Manning. No disrespect to the Texans who are quite a force too, but they are a division rival, I think it's more of a statement to kill a heavy weight team outside the division in their own house!
-
Giants vs Bengals because I'm in the center of Giant's town. I hope the eagles beat Dallas and the Falcons destroy new orlenes. I also want the Jets to beat Seattle but that's a looooooooooooooong shot.

These type of match ups are a little unpredictable. My head is going with the Broncos, but I have a gut feeling the Panthers may pull off an upset or if not, I feel the game might be closer then what my head is telling me. If that makes any since.

That spike was awkward, but I'm more concerned about the points that resulted in that awkward spike!

People like Andrew only pass through the NFL very rarely! It appears the Colts have a monopoly on obtaining these type of humble, graceful and talented quarterbacks though.
-
The dysfunctional Jets gave the Patriots a run for the money and could have pulled out a win if Rex didn't lose heart in overtime and started playing it safe. And that was with Sanchez and with NO weapons. I think if the Colts can just keep preassure on Brady and play the patriots with a strong sense of urgency and intensity like the jets and giants do, this should be a decisive win for the colts, I'm calling it now 28-31 Colts

When I saw the thread title, I just busted out laughing! Out of all the veteran Quarterbacks....you know what, let me read the article, it might not be as bad as I think.

I honestly don't know anybody who likes skip bayless. He has no credibility, I mean he claims Tebow is an NFL starting Quarterback and if the Jets started him they would be at the top of the division now. SMH....

Very interesting.

The Colts use to be in the same division as the Jets. That would be cool to come back so I can see the Colts in my neck of the woods guarenteed every year!
-
That's amazing!

That's what I love about Luck, he's so humble! He's not plastered all over the airwaves with commercials and generating a whole bunch of noise. He's got his head on straight and is dedicated to playing good football. I love his personality and think he's a great roll model.

Andrew Luck will make this one exciting for a while, but the New England Patriots pull away in the fourth quarter on the strength of their up-tempo offense and Stevan Ridley. Other than a dumb false-start penalty last Sunday, Ridley has been playing lights-out for Bill Belichick. Do you realize he's fifth in the NFL in rushing with 814 yards, and easily leads all running backs in first downs (54)? Over 30 percent of his carries net his team a new set of downs. Luck will play well -- no one on the Pats can cover Reggie Wayne -- but the Indianapolis Colts' 22nd-ranked run defense will have its hands full with No. 22.
Call me crazy, but I have a prediction of my own. Colts 34 Pats 27. I predict an upset in New England based on their division performance first and their season performance second thus far.
