I apologize in advance (Mods can do with it what they please)
Looking through some old youtube videos in my Andrew Luck Playlist (Yes i have an Andrew Playlist) an came across this...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbaQLINc0LE
That picture scared me, I'm not going to click on that....

i don't favor expansion until every existing market can fully support the franchises already in place
maybe when it does happen, four new teams could be added and each conference could have 3 divisions with 6 teams each. i love how the scheduling rotation works now and wouldn't want to muck it up with a partial expansion
if the nfl continues it's current popularity explosion, this may be reality in about 5 years
That would be cool!
-
Atlantic City? Stick one in Gary, IN while your at it
Okay, what about my TORONTO and MEXICO team idea, two expansion teams on our continent! I think that would be hot!
-
I wouldn't rule it out. I think a divisional re-alignment is going to happen at some point in the future, but I don't think it will be anytime soon.
What about more expansions? Do you think the NFL will eventually add more teams?
-
It would be nice to extend the football season a little bit to have the superbowl in in March right around March Madness or something. It would be cool to watch a couple of new franchises spring up and follow them as they try to compete, and to watch them establish their own traditions!
Also, get these divisions together, some of them are stupid. Miami in the AFC EAST, not south! So if you were a Patriot fan, you can probably follow your team to The Meadowlands, or a road trip to Buffallo, but that road trip to Miami, litterally at the bottom of the U.S. map would kind of suck, plus you would have to fly instead of driving a couple of hours each way like you can with the other teams in the division.
I would like to see an NFL team in TORONTO, ATLANTIC CITY NJ, RICHMOND VIRGINIA, AND MEXICO....yes, MEXICO. That would be cool.

Stepping back and looking at his record alone, the Ravens are always in the playoffs. Flacco seems to flip a switch at playoff time and transforms into another person. I think he's clutch and even though people say the defense carries the team, I think he has a cannon for an arm and can make EVERY throw!
In my opinion, the only thing keeping him from being elite is a superbowl ring. If he wins this superbowl, I will call him elite!

Then why don't you marry them?
Sorry, just had to let the 9 year old in me loose...
LOL!!!

LoL, that was a typo, but the funny thing is I don't even know why I typed KNOW instead of LOVE, LOL!
-
I love how we turned it all around in one year!
I love our rookie quarterback who isn't a bust!
I love Reggie Wayne!
I know our draft picks and rookies!
I love our kicker Adam V!
I love our owner!
I love our head coach!
I love our uniforms!
I love how the name INDIANAPOLIS looks on the TV when they show the score before commercial break!
I love being a Colt Fan in New York City!
I love planning this trip to Indianapolis for next season!
I just love this team!

Cheaters never prosper....no I'm sorry, I'm wrong.....mods I apologize, I'm out of line....

I respect the Patriots, I take nothing away from them, they are an excellent team, but I don't like them. They are like the end boss in a video game to me!
-
Who had a better season Luck or Eli and why.
Luck smoked Eli this year, no question! Eli regressed this year! Luck as a rookie out performed Eli all season, check the stats.
-
Are the patriots a good team-yes
Is brady a HOF QB and legend-yes
Are they consistant-yes
But they just rub me the wrong way! They are like playing a video game and they are the second to last boss in the game!
The next level is the last level and it's a breeze but for some reason the video game designers decided to make the second to last level the hardest level and that boss is waaay too powerful and takes the fun out the game!
That's the feeling of fustrating anger the pats give me everytime they win a game. It's like "Come on, really? Really you guys just beat the team that destroyed us 45 to 6? Really, pats? Really, nobody in your division can't get one win from1999 to 2013? REALLY, TOM? Really, you guys are so good you have a shot at getting a ring every single year? Ok, I just wanted to know, thank you you beautiful Gods posing as mere mortal men descending from heaven to intervene in our NFL games for reasons we humans cannot begin to even fathom!!! Please take our AFC EAST DIVISION as an offering and don't destroy us oh beautiful LORDS!"
That's why I don't like the patriots!
-
First of all, I'm from Jersey so it's not just a regional thing, but it's because they live in a weak division! The AFC EAST GIVES THEM 6 GAMES EVERY YEAR! The jets suck, the bills suck and miami sucks, their is your 6 games every year.
It's not the pats fault they own the AFC EAST, but that's just the begining. I don't like that face on their uniforms, I don't like those musket weilding war reinactment people who fire blanks everytime they score. I don't like the fact that they claim 6 states and not a single location, I don't like how Tom Brady is mr. Perfect, I don't like bellicheck's face and monotone voice, I don't like that blasted team!
GO RAVENS!

My favorite moment was the 4th quarter of the Lions game!
-
Next year anything less then an improved O LINE and THE AFC SOUTH DIVISION TITLE is a failure!

There are just too many awesome replies in this thread, LOL!

See that is the basis for this argument. Redskins fans would say the exact same thing and that is why this is comical debate to have.
I agree! I'm not saying RG3 is not amazing, he actually scares me with that offense, it appears to have no weakness, but I like Luck better because he plays for my team, not taking anything away from Robert at all.
-
Find this interesting that he announced this right before the playoffs began. My question is, what kind of an affect do you think this will have on the game?
Will Ray and co. be extra fired up and play hard for him or will it cause them to get too high on emotion and lead to a bitter defeat?
In my humble opinion, Ray timed his announcement to get his team fired up considering he wants one more ring before leaving the game and this is an attempt to turn on the switch to get hot and make a run.
I believe the Ravens lost 4 out of the last 5 they played as well if I'm not mistaken.
-
All I care about is my Colts winning! I have adopted the attitude that my Colts can beat any team, any where on any given sunday! With that said, home field advantage would be nice.... LOL!
-
You saying "this should settle things" is funny. The fact is real simple - if someone thinks Luck is better, a reasonable argument can be made to support that. But the exact same argument could be made for RG111 or even Wilson for that matter. There is no definitve right answer.
That may not settle things but it is certainly a more reasonable point.
I like Andrew Luck better. My Colts.....My Quarterback.....
-
These guys are really good. Their offense is red hot! I would love to see how a team stops RG3 and that offense. I mean the Cowboys had a disastrous night but Washington is gonna be a problem in the playoffs. That being said I think they will destroy the Seahawks 27 to 17.

he came over to give Pagano a hug and words of encouragement after the game, that's all you need to know bout Foster and his respect for what Chuck went through. Tapping the sign (hash), pure class.
Just wanted to add that I couldn't catch the game on tv so I was listening to the radio app, so when I saw the highlights on the NFL network, my first reaction was what the....
But after reading everyone's response including this one, I seem to be wrong.

Yeah, guess they're just a 9-7 team and last year was just a fluke!
