What about Delvon Simmons from USC? I watched the video of USC - Stanford and he played very well, especially against the run.

Yes, that's about it, has good speed and turns the corner well. However, if a blocker attacks him and puts a hand on his chest he's easily taken out of the play.

Is this guy reliable as far as off the field stuff? For some reason I get that vibe I got about Newsome when Colts drafted him.

I doubt Blythe is going to be the backup Center, he may not even make it. I can't see Clark coming anywhere close to being a starter, needs 1 year to learn the pro style of offense.

You probably meant injury concerns as he missed most of 2015 because of injury. In 2014 he managed 11 sacks and was highly regarded by teammates and coaches.

What is the current roster size? Based on history guys like this only take roster spots unnecessarily.

It's a good idea not having a bye week after London, and I have a feeling Colts prefer week 10 too.
First, if you are going to have a team play in London in the future, not getting a bye after that London game would become common. Second, it's not much different from playing on the West Coast and then coming home. In fact it's much easier to adjust to the time change coming from East.

Reitz is Colts' 2nd best lineman (after Castonzo) but I do hope Good improves enough to take over at RT, in which case Reitz can play guard again.

We already have Sio Moore, Nate Irvin, Angel Herreara, Ed Jackson, Easy Obiora and the draft to replace him.It was about the QB Freeman, not about the linebacker.
Anyway, I thought Freeman was OK to keep as a backup. If Luck misses again more than 6 games it doesn't matter who the backup is anyway,

The problem is not the lack of spending in FA this year, the situation dictates it, with Luck's contract looming, with new big contracts for Castonzo, Hilton, Allen. The problem is the need at certain positions generated by past draft picks (Werner, Richardson, yeah I know, Newsome) and free agents (Cherilus, Thomas, etc.) that did not work out for various reasons. This leaves them with many holes to fill from draft, when the draft itself is a lottery. It would have been great if they had another class of good young defensive players from 2014 to go with the promissing ones from 2015 class (Anderson, Perry, and Geathers).

I'm surprised it took him so long to get caught. I actually thought the team didn't play him in a lot of games because of this. He and Bradshaw, you could see on their faces they are marijuana users.

Yes, this is all rumors and speculation but it's very likely to happen as it makes sense and it's in line with Irsay 's statement about Colts getting younger.

Actually Peyton went to 2 Super Bowls in 4 years with the Colts too. It's just that it took longer for everything to come together.

I'm obviously very happy for Peyton but it's all bitter sweet since he wasn't wearing white and blue with a horseshoe on his helmet.
