  1. No way does Peyton win this game whether he was a rookie or not, with that putrid O-line he would have been sacked 15 times, Luck atleast with his quick feet, was probably able to avoid 10 other sacks than Peyton would have! In fact no quarterback past or present could have won that game with the Bears dealing with that wretched O-line!

  2. I also think the Colts will be 2-1 after the next two games, but to win those games the O-line will have to be 200% better than they were today. They were absolutely HORRIBLE, the Bears were draped all over Andrew on almost every play, I don't fault him under the circumstances he still passed for over 300 yards! In fact his first game and Peyton's first game were eerily almost identical Andrew 309 yds 3 ints, Peyton 302 yds 3 ints!!! I still think Andrew needs to use his legs more especially with our pourous O-line, with his speed he should definitely rollout more and throw on the run or just run with the ball more often, but for some reason he seems like he just wants to stay in the pocket and take alot of unecessary punishment thanks to our horrid O-line! Arians needs to knock some sense into him about that!

  3. If the Colts defense can do its job, Andrew Luck will take good care of the offense. The Bears seem to think they can put alot of pressure on Luck that will faze him, think again Bears, Andrew with his good athleticism will just roll away from the pressure and do some serious damage to the 28th ranked pass defense from a year ago. I smell an upset here, Colts 27 Bears 24.

  4. Donald Brown has never impressed me as being a good running back, and I doubt that's going to change any time soon. I think Ballard has alot more upside to his running ability than Brown, so I would definitely make Ballard the starter. With the offensive line being what it is you need a runner that has a little more power and cut back potential in his game. I'm not saying he's going to be the next Barry Sanders, but Ballard would definitely be an upgrade over Brown.

  5. The opening game on Sunday against the Bears will be a very important indicator on two fronts. One, it will give us a strong glimpse of where the Colts are destined to go this year, and maybe more importantly two, will Andrew Luck be that once in a generation quarterback that leads us down the same path that #18 did for thirteen years. I know it's only 1 game but the preseason means absolutely nothing, so when Sunday rolls around, this is where we'll have a much better idea of how the Colts and #12 will fare not only this year, but also in the forseeable future.
