#1 - T.Y. Hilton - Explosive. Made plays every game. has shown most potential.
#2 - Vick Ballard - brought a decent running game. He has made great runs when Colts are trying to run out the clock. aka Texans week 16. 9+ min drive. Many thanks to Vick.
#3 - Dewayne Allen - Good run blocker, and has shown good hands and potential.
#4 - Jerrell Freeman - Top 5 tackler in the league from CFL. Diamond in the rough!
#5 - Cory Redding - Emotional leader in the locker room along with Reg. Solid game all season.

1st - Rhodes or Jordan
3rd - Jenkins(If we dont get Jordan), or Warford
4th - Rambo
FA
Byrd - Think of the combo of Bethea and Byrd
Long, Clady, Vollmer, Levitre, Vasquez (At least 1, if not 2 of these guys, perfer Clady the most)
Barwin?
Maybe 1 of these guys if we get them for right price - Jenkins, Cox, Grimes or DRC (Jenkins seems most likely of the bunch. Will Cox ever play a full season? Grimes would be decent if he can regain his form and stay healthy, Pagano might be able to salvage DRC)
Henry Melton? - had a impressive year
Thoughts?
Keep
Butler - Slot/Depth
Avery - for cheap
BOOMstick!!! - One of the best punters. nuff said

If we want to win we need a total team effort like we have had all year. If everyone hits there assignments on all plays I don't see why we can't win. You don't have to be the most talented team to win, just gotta have heart and play for what you love. Go Big Blue!

B-/C
Butler IMO has been our best corner with Davis a close second. Everyone else has been shoddy.(Powers was playing alright b4 injury)
All i know is Vaughan needs to go....big time

I still believe that there is enough talent on the O-line/WR in Free Agency this year and we will be active with that. Grigson would/should throw Manusky a bone and give him some defensive help. With that said, I would love to have the following players in our area of the pick.
Jonathon Banks CB
Dion Jordan 3-4 OLB
Matt Elam SS
Sheldon Richardson 3-4 DE
Sharrif Floyd 3-4 DE
Kawann Short 3-4 DE
I like your "love", id shuffle a few around in terms of needs
Jordan (freeneys replacement)
Banks (opp of Davis)
Richardson (could see him starting)
Elam (if we cant get Byrd)
Floyd (could see him starting)
Short (Looked really good when i watch the games. See him more as NT)
If not trade down to 2 and 3rd or something

In order
FA
- Clady
- Byrd
- Barwin
Draft
- Dion Jordan
- Jesse Williams
- Jon Banks
- Chance Warmack or Barrett Jones
-
We need to overhaul our whole Oline besides AC and Satale(not long term solution).
If we can get 1 or maybe 2 of these guys I think it would be worth it. Then we can use our 1st pick on a OLB(hopefully Dion Jordan), or CB (if hes there Jon Banks) or NT (Jesse Williams if available).
- Ryan Clady
- Sebastian Vollmer
- Jake Long
- Brandon Albert

O Line Rankings in order of which we should attack
#1 Vollmer
#2 Vasquez
#3 Levitre
#4 Long
Clady is obviosiously #1 but 99% its not happening.
If we can get 1 maybe 2 and maybe Warford in draft I think that should hold us over at O line for the season and evaluate if we need to draft any OL with high picks in 2014.
Everywhere else
OLB - Id be fine with Barwin, Kruger, or Spencer and/or Jordan in draft 1st
Secondary - Any of these guys - Jenkins, DRC, Grimes, Cox, Shields, Byrd, Goldston and/or draft Rhodes in 1st
D Line - Melton, Avril, Johnson - Id love to snag Melton. He has been a force for Bears past 2 years
