Yeah, my stamina is not what it was. In my 20's I was well over the 1000 club. Squat 500/ deadlift 500/ bench 365 @ 160-170. I'm 38 now trying to get it back, not as easy. Trying to work in some cross training. In football it's all about power and speed not how much you can lift though.

SF`s Offense was in disarray after the injuries and the beating Seattle put on them. A GREAT week to play them.

No, i agree with you on that, my point is just this is a much improved defense from the previous years; a lot bigger and more aggressive -- by no means am i trying to say were a top 5 defense or one of the best; just saying how good they have been playing and by the end of the year i think they have the chance to be a top 10 defense.

we played two playoff teams and two bad teams.... look at most teams schedules you only see a maybee 2,3 maybe 4 playoff teams. Do not sleep on the dolphins that deffense is good , and tannehill is legit they will be in the mix...

wow when i saw the colts defensive stats im impressed..
5th in points per game averaging 12.8 points per game
8th in total yards per game averaging 307.2 yards pergame
7th in passing yards averaging 200.5 yards per game
15th in rushing yards per game averaging 106.8 per game
with 13 sacks 3 forced fumbles and 6 interceptions in 4 games, and prior runing the ball is the only reason the run defense is 15th , against oppenents running backs the colts have been good.

It was still the right call to release manning. Its the lack of talent on the o-line, and coaching.

The WRs cant get separation and this guy still tries to force the ball. He's becoming overrated. Outplayed 2 wks in a row by opposing qbs.
He needs to run a lot more than he does.

Do you mean just highlights? Their are a some videos, but this show some of the best throws, and plays. I am trying to make a highlight video i just need all the colts rookie games i got some recorded with my dvr i think i can hook my computer up to it, and put them on my computer to edit them. If not im going to try to buy the games on dvd and put them on my computer. If i can make a good one i will post it im trying, make take a little while.

Alfred morris should be in the hunt for rookie of the year.astute observation - Kyle Shanahan's playcalling has progressed thoughout the season and they're building more looks into it each week. Some games you see a lot of read option, some you don't. The giants are susceptible to it, so you saw a good deal of it tonight. The thing is, they haven't had a QB with this skill set before, so they're tinkering as they go. As some have implied - it isn't that he can't learn their offense, its that their offense is a work in progress.

im not bashing rg3, I watched the whole game that's what I saw he is really fast but, he doesn't stand in the pocket and throw into coverage like luck he, he use's his legs to break down coverage and throw's to wide open wr's. I think he can be better with time if the redskins unleash him more.I agree. Luck has been great. He can win rookie of the year.
