I dont think theres anything wrong with having a Carter and Ballard...this running style is physically demanding so you can't have one guy doing it all, it needs to be done by committee, MJD and Ray Rice are freaks of nature lol but we have that style and D Brown is becoming the Arian Foster/Matt Forte Style....I like Evans because he's from the hometown but he might be outta there and did Karim even play yesterday???

Allen is a frickin' bully though I love it....Have you all noticed how mean the team is a whole??? Dressed in all white like some angels but they're chippy, mean, like the whole team has a chip on their shoulder...never seen a Colts team like this...I feel like we're an AFC North Team

It's not impossible. The AFC is not going to be as tough in to shine. Manning/Brady are starting to look old to me at times too.....
Quote of the day....its the truth, their sunset is fast approaching...Tom Brady is looking older in these preseason games...between him and a suspect OL I dont see the Patriots Offense doing much this year...Manning is expected to go the Super Bowl but the harsh truth is the best team in the AFC is the Houston Texans they have youth and a better defense on their side, also the AFC West is really up for grabs...excluding the Raiders the Chiefs and Chargers are no slouches at all...

I like the Chapman pick for the reasons you state, and I bet chad72 likes him too. But at the same time, we could have taken DeQuan Menzie, a cornerback from Alabama who has actually been participating in camp and would probably make the team here. We could have taken guard Adam Gettis, who is pushing for a starting spot with the Redskins, and plays another position we need help at right now. If Chapman doesn't contribute this season, we'll be able to question whether we could have used that pick a little more wisely. I don't think these questions will be answered after one or even two seasons, but it's not like the Chapman pick was necessarily a no-brainer. Our team had a lot of holes going into the draft, some of which were completely unaddressed (like corner and inside linebacker). Maybe we could have done better by the Chapman pick by taking someone that would contribute right away.
Grigson had a pretty obvious strategy going into this draft so obvious I almost threw my TV out of the window...the focus was getting Luck and some people for him to throw it to. Defense was not a big priority....when it got into the late rounds he started picking up defensive players with alot of potential...he got Chapman and Fugger....both SEC guys with tremendous upside in the fifth sixth and seventh rounds I dont think the focus is on this year...its more about potential. A good NT can be in the league FOREVER lol a better long term investment than a CB...if we wanted a good CB we couldve gotten Jenkins or dude from Vandy that went to GB....I like what was done and it makes perfect sense...

Then cut Chapman, put him on IR, and keep Anunoby on the active roster.
Chapman has shown nothing. Anunoby at least will show us something on the field. The best ability in the NFL is not potential from college, it is availability. That is what businesses like NFL teams operate on. You take emotion out of the equation, Chapman's perceived potential and impact out of the equation, and if Chapman cannot play due to physical reasons, put him on IR and move on with it. No different than Ijalana, IMO.
Yikes...glad you aren't the GM...Chapman was drafted with the understanding he's a project pick...the kid was projected as a 2nd-3rd round pick before he told everyone he was playing the season with one leg....He's strong has good work ethic and a winning pedigree...I'm glad we have somebody from Bama on the team. Their defense is the best in the BCS and will be for many more years....he's a winner...

Chigbo Anunoby played great last Sunday. I like him to make the team. All of the above will likely make the team.
I'd like to see how Chigbo plays against 1's and 2's .....He's large and strong and he has more a motor now than he did in college...he has stepped up to the competition IMHO and he needs to get a look vs a stellar O Line in Pittsburgh

It was done on purpose...Irsay even tweeted about it on game day. They were wearing the white because it reflects the light, The roof was opened up so he wanted the the sun to shine down on the Home Team side.........I personally like the all white at home...its clean and just looks really smooth.

Griffin won't be a bust....I don't even know why we are arguing that..I think its really a matter of how he will be in comparison to #12...that's going to be their legacy...I feel like Luck will be better this year and years going forward because he has better weapons...RGIII's fave target ironically willl be Pierre Garcon's greedy turncoat *....I dont think dude should be doing commercials because he hasn't done anything yet....but I'm also not against getting all of the money you can get ASAP...I respect Luck more because he fits the team, he fits the city...we Hoosiers are a simple folk that stick to certain values....small town folks at heart...so we have the right guy and DC has the right guy.

I'd love to see Andrew Luck in commercials...but you know who he really reminds me of.....Tom Brady...now dont throw any rocks at me, but A.Luck is very cool and laid back....He's has no desire to be i hella commericials...but he's going to get his paper....who doesn't love a winner?

I blame the arrogance of Dick Labeau for their playoff loss ....they didnt respect Tebow at all and while I think Tebow is NOT good there was no respect being given a'tall...and Ryan Clark couldnt play either.

I agree with most of y'all...it seems like a great opportunity to work out the running game and short passing game....The Steelers are familiar with Arians and based on the Stiller offense last year I'm sure they'd expect us to air it out....I'd like to know how well we run personally

A.Luck and RGIII are polar opposites in terms of personality.....I feel kinda bad about it now because I did support RGIII and got upset when Colts fans were on blogs and IndyStar callin' RGIII arrogant.....I didnt believe it...but he is. He'll provide more quotes and stir up more attention than Luck...if you notice, Andrew is VERY consistent with the media...very uninteresting.. so he wont get as much attention...he's going to focus on his game and remain humble....I really like this cat.

We haven't seen the real sets the Colts are doing yet...I dont think Fleener will be a hard core blocking TE like he has been in the preseason, I really believe he'll be split out more and Jones will play the FB style TE moreso. The sets the Colts have shown are the tip of the iceberg...
