Baldy had a breakdown on him. Went to YouTube to watch highlights. A bit Bob Sanders-like. Fast, solid tackler and he can cover. 5’11, 200 lbs.
-
TY and Antonio Brown grew up together and are buddies. Just saying.

Very cool. Love that guy.

Heard that Browns put in request to speak with him for head coach job. Hope he sticks around for another year or 2 because he is a talented coach for us. If he leaves, wonder how it will affect our defense.
-
Sorry for stating the obvious here but it can’t be said enough.
Andrew is playing great football. His command of the offense, his leadership, his decision making and his pocket movement are all elite. His accuracy has been really good as well. It seems he and the offense line are so on the same page.
We we are in a very good place with our QB!

Probably the first beer to play the position?

Awesome stuff. Can’t get enough of it.

Walker has been on and off the practice squad a number of times during the season. Don’t believe it hasn’t any meaning re: Brissett and a trade.

Hope this isn't old news to you all. For the Colt fans of many moons ago, the names on this list bring back cool memories. It is long but nostalgic.

The fix may be Brent, Fountain and/or Ishmael.

This is easily one of the most nonsensical threads on the board. Ballard is building a team from the bottom up, not for just a quick run at a title (like horsemouth did with the broncos), but for the long haul. Patience is the key.

Really great stuff. Thank you for posting.

I think this is an unfair thread. If you think he gave up on a play, fine. But to put forth quotes of what he may be thinking like he said screw it is too much.
-
You have quotations in your post. Curious how you know what he was saying to himself in the few seconds while the play was going on. Reality is you have no clue what was going through his mind.
-
Amen to the original post in its entirety.

I agree. Play to win.

Will he continue to be just a very short yardage guy or will he see more carries than in the previous years? I had thought there were comments during the off season indicating his role would be expanded from previous roles.
Regardless, will be a crowded backfield, each with a complimentary style to one another.

OK, genius may be too bold of a word to use at this point in his gm campaign. I think he is very calculated and disciplined in his building of the team and am a big supporter of his style. Hopefully the genius word will be appropriate in the future.
-
I love his discipline and how he is building this team for the long term. He is very calculated. It will take another year or two but his style is how teams remain contenders for years. Best young GM in the league and the rewards will manifest in the near future.
Love the journey that we are on as colt fans. Go Colts!

Out with neck injury last year. Suffered another, albeit minor, neck injury recently. Maybe the gm, coach, etc knows more than us fans?

With a gaping hole in front of him, couldn’t pick up 1 yard on 3rd and 1 at end of 1995 championship game vs Steelers, which first down would have sealed the game and put colts in super bowl, against all odds.

Although defense scheme is new, personnel is really not that young. Likely contributors that are vets:
Woods
Sheard
Autry
Najee Good
John Simon
Geathers
Ridgeway (3rd yr)
Tyrell Adams
Desir
Pretty good vet presence there. Tempted to include TJ Green, whom I am hopeful for, but refrained from listing him.

TE from West Virginia. Baldy said he could be the Big Q of the draft. 6’3” and 270 lb tight end. Big time blocker and can catch and run well for size Imagine the possibilities.
