I think the misconception is RG3 is a runner because of the spread offense that Baylor ran. I believe this kid can run any offense have any of you seen his highschool tape? It was under center pocket passing he was incredible the accuracy is insane. Heres the video and tell me what you think.

RG3 is a passer not a runner the stats prove it. He's an athlete thats a wonderful QB I think alot of people stereo type him. He's also just as smart as Luck. I think they are both can't miss and there is no reason to get mad at who you're team chooses.

You pretty much answered your own question to me. Its not that I don't like Griffin, I think he will probably be a special QB in the NFL, but he does not fit what the Colts do. I know we have an all new system and an all new coaching staff, but Luck is just the better fit and the better QB IMO. He has a longer track record of running a pro style system, calling plays at the line, and reading defenses. If the Colts had an older vet QB for Griffin to learn from for a couple yrs. then I could probably get onboard with the idea of picking him, but the Colts let Manning go because it was assumed Luck could step right in and be able to handle the storm that he's going to face.

I do not think you let Manning go and then draft the consenses runner up to the best QB option. This shouldn't even be in doubt, Luck should be the pick and I still think he will be, but all these so called "expert" opinions just adds fuel the the already raging fire here in Indy. It just gets the hopes up of those who actually want RG3 when there really shouldn't be any hope what so ever. Luck is better, Period!

I get what youre saying Balzer but bottom line is I think you can't go wrong with neither and there is no need to be bad at whoever they pick. To be honest you really have nothing to worry about I'm 99.9% positive youre getting Luck.

I will be absolutely livid if they pick Griffin. I would try my best to support the pick, but absolutely livid, is what I'll be. I can't even wrap my mind around picking this kid as much as I try to see the upside in him, I just can't find it. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, stands out to me as to why they would even consider picking him over Luck. I don't give a crap if the guy can run 2.5 second 40, or if he has a 100 inch vertical jump, IMO he will not be a better QB than Luck and I think it would be regretted for yrs. to come.

As a Redskins fan may I ask why you don't like RG3? Your comments to me seem like you never watched him play. He is a passer not a runner does he has speed? Yes amazing speed but I think he throws a superior deep ball than luck accuracy they are both deadly. I don't see how you can be mad if either were picked. I know whoever my skins get I'm super happy because I feel they are both gonna be superstars. I will give you this though I think Luck fits the Colts system better and RG3 fits the Redskins system.

Hey everyone Redskins fan here. I've been reading this thread and i think most Colts and Redskins fans feel the same way and that is that Luck fits well in what the Colts wanna do an RG3 fits well in what the Skins want to do. I think the bottom line is both players will be great and I'm happy to be getting one of them. They are both high class young men that our both super smart and both ready to be the face of a franchise. No matter what happens whether Mr. Irsay does what everyone thinks and drafts Luck or shocks the world and drafts RG3 Im gonna be a happy man. The best news is even in all the professionals and media's evaluations it seems they nit pick over who is better but all say they are gonna be great. As a skins fan and all the terrible Qb's Ive witnessed I can finally say I'm happy. I still can't believe you guys go from Peyton Manning to Andrew Luck or RG3 it's unbelievable anyways thanks for reading and HERE"S TO AN AWESOME SEASON.
