  1. They had a hard time with us a re-loading team that just came off of a 2-14 season, yea we are getting pretty solid but the Texans are supposed to be the cream of the crop. Going against a solid team shows them for what they are.... mediocre. I see them as i do Dallas a QB that cannot take that next step to elite all Schaub can do is manage the game much like Alex Smith and many others who are surrounded by true elite players. Question without Watt dominating our O-line do the Texans win, doubt it....It is what it is we lost today, but we will get our win next time. By the way Ballard ran all over the Texans today, good luck with A.Peterson next week......

  2. I think its time to start the official thank you colts topic. Thank you colts for giving me a team to believe in....thanks for all the great memories I look forward to a bright future full of new ones. Truly an honor to be a fan of such a great team from top to bottom, I hate all of the drama in the NFL and I am proud to say that my team stays away from such a distraction. Thank you for bringing Tony Dungy to the club and giving me the opportunity to see a great coach win a championship with a Hall of Fame quarterback. Thank you for bringing in our next Hall of fame quarterback! Pat McAfee one of my favorite all time Mountaineers........you made him a colt, thank you.

  3. the topic isnt to suggest we're playing better because pagano has leukemia. its whether or not we'd have the same success if pagano never got sick.

sorry i didn't mean the OP's original post was leaning toward this, it was the post i quoted that stated we were 6-2 since the announcement of our coaches illness....

  4. It would depend..... The reality of it is, we're only playing like this because of Coaches Lukemia. We're 6-2 since it was announced that he had it. You do the math.

But I just wish Arians would live up to what he says. He said that we'd treat yesterday's game like a Playoff game but we got a bit conservative. When you're in the Playoffs, you keep pouring it on. We definitely left some points on that field. But none the less, we got the W

Is this a serious topic? Have some respect......we are where we are because of the play that our players leave on the field every game, yea maybe we have a little bit more to play for if you wanna look at it that way, our guys may be putting forth a little more effort to win for our coach but it isn't why we are sitting in this position. To say that we are winning because our coach has leukemia is straight nonsense.........

  5. Wow...Its mass chaos in here, people gettin' "called out" blows being traded, its getting extreme.......someone call in Hochuli!!! Even me as a professional armchair ref would call this thread Unsportsman like conduct. Therefore any negative and condescending comments are officially ejected from the board. I for one only know true blue Colts fans on this board. Blue we are united!

  6. This.......will.........be.........one........aswesome..........game.........I cannot wait! What a classic showdown, Luck gets his chance to do something I as a Colts fan adore, Beat the Pats. Should be a lot of offense in this game, which is something i have come to expect from this classic battle. Its good to be feeling confident about his one, excited about the future...maybe we see a glimpse of that not so far away future in this game.

  7. Tell a friend......we welcome all new comers. Ya know when you think about it, i guess i take for granted how good of an organization this is.......really, we dont deal with the drama that teams like Dallas and The Aint's DEAL with and i like it! Also i like the traditional feel, maybe im a homer but this team feels like home to me, my family all love the Colts, it brings us together, we are sad for a loss.....and on top of the world on a win. But our dedication is never in question whether we are in the Superbowl playing the Bears or 2-14 and watching our future Hall of fame quarterback leave town. One thing i always know is the sun will rise over Indianapolis and we will be champs again!!!!!

  8. like he did against the Vikings and hit what should have been a game winner vs. the Jags earlier this year?

Look my thought is yea he may miss some kicks maybe some big kicks but he is still the one i want out there when our playoff hopes are on the line......or the Superbowl is on the line, everyone has a bad stretch but this man has earned some understanding. Yes maybe soon it will be time to move on, but as of right now our FG kicker is number 4 and i support and love it! Lets support our boys in blue right now for this win!!!! The future is what it is.........

  9. weird thread topic...

Peytons SNL had some funny sketches & some of his commercials are hillarious too ... I think the dude really has good comedic timing... I am biased though... Always figured he'll go into commentating rather than coaching when he retires...

Ya know its weird but i like this thread.........maybe my head needs some examination but its a nice change from the "We need to get better, or here is what we did wrong" threads. But i do find this topic interesting, and i see a SNL scetch something like this........A.Luck gives Peyton some training on how to grow a proper neck beard, Peyton cant quite get it right and grows something that looks like a cabbage patch.....Peyton in pure frustration challenges Luck to an oreo licking contest......Out of nowhere comes a surprise challenger ELI MANNING!!! An extreme battle takes place, and the winner..........................LUCKS NECKBEARD it had its own mind the whole time! ok im done lol........

  10. Ok lets really make it interesting, you can ask where would we be with Peyton today? Lets go into the future give Luck the experience that Peyton has had in his career where would we be then.........seriously lets let the kid show us what he can do, a little more time and xp and this kid becomes the man.

  11. And right with him on that team who statistically is doing better with less receptions is Stedman Bailey who No one has really talked about but me. This kid is Good!

    5'11" 190lbs

    49 Receptions

    710 Yards

    13 Touchdowns

    14.5 Avg yards per catch

    87 Yds Longest play

    Big time Numbers!

And Nobody really has even talked about him except me a couple of times to try and put his name out there. He's a play maker just like Tavon Austin. He's jsut a little slower. But he is still fast and he seem very consistent. And no he's not jsut a slot reciver like people want to think. He's played everywhere.

Agreed good sir! Love them 'eers!
