i am weak at wide receivers, collie- is injury prone- i hope no more, garcon-on/off, jones-hearing decent things, green- no qb, if i get jackson maybe giving up garcon hopefully and a qb possibly rivers is that worth it for matt ryan and jackson?

You're far too kind. ;)
Funny story though. After I wrote this yesterday I drove to the gas station and the guy at the gas station noticed me in some Colts gear and he was new there, but had one of the long time workers training him in. I am usually kind of quiet when I go to the gas station. I say hi and thank you and all that stuff, pay for what I am getting and I am on my way.
Yesterday was a little different. The new guy asks me if the Colts are going to be good this year. I said, well we really only have two weaknesses right now outside of Peyton's uncertainty of a return and that is at corner with Lacey and at right tackle with Link. Our defensive line is as good as it has been in several years and it's deep and our offensive line is the best I have seen it in 10+ years. We just need to shore up the right tackle spot but I think Ijalana is going to get there soon enough, until then we might see a lot of 2 Tight End Sets so that Eldridge can help Link out a bit. That might hinder our offense some and we might see some lower scoring games because of it, but certainly more rushing yards per game and definitely more ball control from us.
And then I look up at the guy and said, but you probably already know that, right? Thinking that he was asking because he actually followed the Colts. He said shaking his head, Uh I haven't been able to see them play yet this year. The guy training him had a look on his face like where the heck did this guy go, to Colts College or something? I never elaborate on anything while I am in there and yesterday I just go off on this Colts rant. lol
I was just in the mindset to talk Colts football like I would with someone from here and the real world just doesn’t always get that.

great work, link is a beast for run plays, same with eldridge i expect a lot more tighter boot leg plays as well
no way you can post the video with the write up eh;)
id love to visually see this write up

I called it watching from my living room, :???: . Just as long as it doesnt happen if we make it to the super bowl again.
+1 or 4 mins meltdowns i hope caldwell is learning
-
James. It's an easy choice because he and Irsay can sit around with a bag of potato chips and share....... recreational activities.....
you can say that again, joan, all he seemed to have was a good set of speed, with his head down and never stopped running, if that wouldnt work any other place on the field, i do like him since he is family
-
couple of things, nickel and dime are when corners replace linebackers to keep up with the faster tight ends and 3rd wide outs?
how do you know when our corners are pressing and when they are not
-
I m okay with him playing there, he may not be best for pass protection, but going back to last year when he was on the left, our runs came behind his big frame, so if we are setting him there, we are going to the right with most our running plays,
we are a zone blocking run team ya?
-
personally dont care, im happy it happend, its good it happened in pre=season game, its fresh, just in case he forgot the superbowl game-- this could be foresight- g.b vs indy s.b.- not saying, possibility,
just like the kicker missing the field goal after so many straight hits, im happy it happened in the pre=season,
no one is getting mad that he missed the 3pts that would have had us tied if all this went down, yes i know their kicker missed-- regardless,
there is enough blame to go around, and i am still on caldwells side, after getting us to the playoffs with 17 injured players as the pakers
--only diff- their coach got em to the superbowl,so i hope he took something from this and learned
-
hes not eligible. hes been in too many games.
hmm akill wise -which the colt need- evans or spann
since this is a strategic move, id say james, out of respect to james.... or a trade,
i see evans or spann being scooped up some how
-
by my logic, james had 6 td's in the red zone, which we dont need, since we have addai back and he is a monster in the red zone, so we have addai, we have brown, we have carter,
evans and spann are what brown isnt,
if it were a perfect world
some how, we have em all, but based on the fact addai is healthy, i think james becomes expendable to the practice squad if he is eligible,
-
seriously, now i have not voted and had a person in my mind, now i may be changing my mind:(
ill vote by tonight
-
i missed both flags
whats the issue with a player handing the other team the ball
seriously nfl gets so uptight
i like celebrations 2, creativity, and character needs to be allowed
-
sweetness
i wont say jealousy
but more rational thinking
1st questions says it all, was it manning? at least they know he is always in the running
he was poised to win it last year until injuries and the string of int's
-
honestly,
its gonna be game plan by game plan,
according to the defense
that defenses like pits, green bay, balti i see carter in as 2
others i see brown in as 2
-
we definitely need to pick up another corner Jacob Lacey just won't cut it as a starter
once tryon got in, it was much better
-
It would have been automatic win. ^_^
swagggg
-
i never lost confidence he wouldnt start,
but seeing the field goal kick at the end,
manning had a huge smirk on his face, like it didnt matter what happend, but he was just pumped up it seemed
maybe this was the perfect game to get his juices going
-
Chip Vaughn.
i should have added joan waylons name to the list of swaganess
-
Did i miss something? You keep saying Decemeber 6th search party. Why?
another post- remedy said something about going to the new england game, and something about their fans and how brutal they can get-- so i said, many times- ill send a search party after the game
we need all the colts fans we can get you know
-
even though i voted for wayne , this picture made me regret it, its definitely him...hahaha
lol
-
awesome, so most people who responded, feels it was a big mistake
was this jeff george any good
im just thinking if we had rison and harrison with manning
yikes
-
how do the colts fans feel about this colts draftee- after 1 season- being traded for Number 1 pick from the atlanta falcons
NFL career with 743 receptions for 10,205 yards and 84 touchdowns, along with 8 kickoff returns for 150 yards and 9 carries for 23 yards
colts drafted jeff george- indy native, who than was shipped off to atl-
im just curious, are most fans okay with the these two transactions that took place,
I would have loved to have Rison, for man than 1 season in a colts uni-
