    Surf's up.. 20ft waves on Lake Michigan, could be as much as 30 later today as winds increase. Stay safe to all those east of me. Glad to see on the news so many already working hard to help others.

      no surfing for me.. but there is a huge surf movement here called "unsalted" ...menacing is a good description for the Big Lake. We learn from an early age here to respect the water, rip tides are no joke, every summer too many deaths.. if the flag is red, don't go in!!!

      Brent, I love visiting Superior> It is the darkest, coldest lake and is truly menacing, but so beautiful and magnificent. The "Pictured Rocks" are a sight to see.
