I keep wondering if he thought "wow I get to coach the best QB ever and he'll make me look good" when he was hired and now, he's like "uh oh" because it will be his neck when the L's go up on the board.

What are they going to do? Lose for awhile unfortunately - but it should be a fun brand of losing while we enjoy Luck taking baby steps.

I'm quite sure that Grigson and Pagano knew that this was a distinct possibility when they were hired. Do you recall Grigsons complete lack of concern for Peyton when he was hired? Compare that to how the 12 teams that want him are acting. These guys were hired to groom Andrew Luck. I'm sure they would have been glad to to end up with Pey...
