  1. Typical Sean Payton fashion! Personally, I am still salty over the rematch in NO. They wore white at home and colts were the home blues just like the superbowl. Manning was down that year and Payton was in the booth and ran the score up on the colts while eating a hotdog. Really like Brees but never been able to pull for SP! May be petty, well so be it:D

  2. May be the first colt I never got to see play. Had to work opening weekend when he went down. Living in NC, had seen him numerous times in Carolina and had high hopes. He was clutch there. Was probably one of the few that really liked the signing. Now, may never get to see him play as a colt. I for one think he is worth resigning, should be low cost with possible good rewards.

  3. Simply, this is the kind of loss a fan doesn't need! I believe there is no such thing as a so called good loss. The colts have won enough close games this year that they shouldn't need any kind of wake up call. They play to their competition and that is more of a coaching issue. One of the biggest complaints about Tomlin of the steelers, is that they seem always to play to their competition. Now we seem to do the same. Not saying that Reich is another Tomlin, but he is new and still learning as he goes. Hopefully this gets corrected.

  4. Steelers have one of the best rushing Olines in football. That is my biggest concern. They have everything to beat us in the trenches. Was really disappointed how we were manhandled against the Broncos most of the game yesterday. That very well could be what happens next week. Their D is getting better as well and hope JB is ready for all the movement that they use to confuse offenses. Considering our track record and playing in Pittsburgh, feeling real uneasy about this one no matter who their QB is. Want to beat them so bad. My best friend is a Steelers fan and counting all the ones I work with, would be sweet to take them to the woodshed for once!

  5. I think Irsay stays with Luck if that happens. The whole situation with PM and drafting Luck to be the player to replace the franchise would be to difficult to let AL go. After all, AL has proven himself more than one season.  JB, that I am truly pulling for, if he has one good to great year probably won't outweigh that. In all reality, it shouldn't.  The biggest issue is whether you can trust AL.

  6. Love AV! But we are not talking medium to long range kicks, it's extra pts. You can't keep giving those away.  Guess we will just have to wait and see and hope he can correct it. Honestly, I  have little faith when he kicks now, which is not the way I want to see him go out!

  7. Voted yes only because Harbaugh is up there. Luck accomplished more individually, so I feel he will be in eventually. Personally,  I don't think he should. Harbaugh, loved his playing style and can understand him being a fan favorite,  but not certain he belongs up there as well. Captain Comeback was fun to watch though! Sported that 4 Jersey proudly.

  8. Refuse to let myself  get in this argument anymore. As much I would like, but the Peyton years burned me out. Not going to let others upset me over individual players anymore. I don't care who likes Luck or doesn't. Doesn't matter how they rate him vs others. I am in all team mode and want superbowls and championships.  Take care of that and everything else falls in to place!:default_20smile:

  9. I also live in panther country. In the games I seen him play, when the Panthers needed a play he was the horse they went to.  He made key plays by keeping drives alive or scoring. I am very optimistic in what he could bring to this offense.

  10. I hope for at least one with Luck. Personally feel we should get 2 with the way CB is building the team. He seems to be going alot more balanced than we had in the PM era. Luck will also have to become more consistent throughout as well. Still makes some bad decisions that in my eyes he should be past by now. Hopefully those things will be more corrected with Reich. PM would also force things more so early in his career until TD got here. Always felt PM put the whole weight of the team on his shoulders because he felt immense pressure to score every drive because the defense seemed to be lower tier. Dungy brought a calm to the team that helped settle him a bit. Luck will never be another PM which is ok, because 99% of the QBs won't be either. Luck can still be great though, and possibly bring more championships if we continue to go balanced!

  11. As though it really matters, Jason Whitlock asked the question on Twitter after the game. "Has your opinion of Andrew Luck changed permanently? Mine has, noodle arm!" His words not mine, but the media is already trying to put it out there. He did take alot of heat after the remark but probably as many agreed. I personally hope it is more of a conditioning issue or maybe the newer throwing motion he has used. Just odd the shorter throws have been more the issue.

  12. Bottom line, beaten by a better team. As Chad72 stated, we all seen this game before with our 06 colts. A team that was one of the best in the league all year and still reminded the last 2 weeks how bad their D was. They played with a chip and plainly wanted it more. As far as Luck goes, will admit the low balls have been somewhat concerning during the season and even more so today. It is a bit confusing because at times he seems to drive the ball. The short passes are the ones that seem to knuckle on him. I tend to think it may be a throwing motion issue and nothing more. I also have to remind myself how far he has come and another offseason may be what is needed. Overall, ecstatic about the future of this team! Proud of what the whole team accomplished this year. Remember, we weren't supposed to be here this year!
