Agree 100%. All the weapons we had in the past and still couldn't win a SB until our defense stepped up and were able to run the ball. One SB is nice but really wanted to step up and build a power in the trenches for once and have chances to win multiple ones. Unfortunately, starting to really fill we are gonna waste Luck like we did with Peyton. Hope I am totally wrong.

Yeah right!!! If Luck is running for his life and we can't run the ball still, how is Luck going to find his "plethora" of weapons we have drafted for him?
Same way Peyton couldn't find Harrison, Wayne, Stokely and Clark when Diem was getting delayed blitzes from Bruschi/McGinnest, Lilja was getting blitzed by Joey Porter, and same way Peyton was on the sidelines with the other team having 7 and 8 minute drives against his DL.

Not sure how to link it, but thought interesting considering how Pagano likes his ravens. Could be released to save money if new deal can't be worked. Personally would prefer him over Suh, mainly less baggage with big difference maker on the defensive front.

Most of those were also against top rated defenses. As the saying goes defenses win championships and the one time our defense played close to those teams the colts did win it all. You can't expect to put up the same numbers in the regular season as in playoffs. I also said Peyton didn't always play his best but did enough in some if had the help some of those teams had.

Another fan of another. Always looking at stats and not the games. They want to always talk the one and dones and probably didn't see half of the games. Not saying Peyton played his best in all but he did make plays that should have won if not for poor defenses and special teams play.

This is a colts fan board!! We should be able to discuss anything we want about our team or football. What amazes me how some patriot fans and a few others like to take time out of their lives to come on a colts board to argue every little thing said. You guys are so great, do you have your own fan board or are you to worried what a colt fan might think. Take pleasure in your teams achievements and leave it at that. I know I do not visit any other forum because I don't care what other fans have to say or think, just us colts fans! Get a life and peace out!

So I guess Brady didn't win all those games single handily like the media wants us to believe. They do have some coaches!

Definitely looked lighter on his feet not as huskey. I have been telling friends all year he has a weight issue or bulk issue. I would say come to camp 20 pounds lighter or don't come back!

Makes no difference, not a colt and colt qb's will always be inferior to either one looks like. Just sucks after this debacle.

I think no. He needs to clean his game up some. He makes some great plays but needs to limit mistakes. Turnovers can be game changers in momentum. Do not need to give other teams any unnecessary chances. Punts would have been better. That said, he is in his third year and will get there. We are in the afcg with these mistakes, just think of the future with this guy! Proud of these Colts!

So to speak, but Texans defense is already kind of a equalizer. Point is though people laugh about nfc south, just wondering if fans thought if we could dominate the supposed worst division in football like we have this weak division. At this point we may be middle of pack in that division as well as our own if it were better qb's in it.

Yes, after this game and others. I stated in a post earlier he manages to hold the elite qb's below their normal averages. Since we struggle mightily against these qb's, might would be a great move if could clean up our turnovers and slow starts offensively.

Since we struggle defensively against good qb's, I am not sure we could compete even in that division with Brees and Ryan, or even Newton at times. Not to start an argument just curious what some think with our struggles of late!

Wonder how many franchise records aND nfl records were made against the colts all time? They have to have the most of any team? Seems there is at least a couple every year, smh!

Rex Ryan really not looking that bad after all. He at least slows down the elite qb's. Been hampered with never having any credible qb. Makes u think if he had one like Luck what may his teams really look like. Becoming really disappointed with this staff, when we are declining weekly.

Guys I think he may have a nerve issue in that arm. These problems of dropping balls didn't appear until he had that arm injury and now wears that brace. My son was hit in the same area playing lacrosse and it took a couple of months to get the full use and feeling back. Just my 2 cents

Bert Jones, no question! If not for the shoulder injury, he may have owned a lot of colts and league records that Peyton would have been chasing. The player that made me fall in love with football and the colts as a kid.

Not concerned with Brady or pats being extra motivated at all!! They might win but they will play no different than normal. They always bring their best for the colts so I expect no different. The biggest difference this time, they have to play in Indy with a very hungry colts team. The colts are the ones with a score to settle!! Brady will do his norm dink and dunk and let the receivers do the rest and they will again try to run down our throats. May be a flashback if they get the chance to run the score up on us as they did the year Brady went after Peytons TD record, but the colts will be ready this time. So let them be upset could care less because no team should be more upset than the colts!! Payback Time!
