Raiders are hiring Tom Telesco as GM. That's one less opening for Ed Dodds...
Interesting choice by the Raiders. Telesco got fired after that same team hung 63 on his ball club.
Dodds to the Chargers then? Alongside Michigan's coach

Freeland is going to replicate this next year.
The patience paid off with Raimann. Clutch

If not Minshew, Brissett? Or some youngun' from the draft

AR has to prove it, Stoud has been doing it since week 5
That game v the Rams was enough for me. I realize the sample size is smaller. I realize Stroud has always been this certain. Thought it was ridiculous that he was questioned at all. Still prefer AR

I was lightly pointing to this when I kept pointing out his college stats were better than Peyton. Also I kept pointing to the cerebral part of his game and the accuracy.
I think in terms of stats. They're of such vastly different generations that the stats don't matter as much I think. Peyton's stats from college pall in comparison to a lot of QBs recently. Offense got more ingrained in the game - from high school through to pros

So, it is Mike Tomlin, not Nick Sirianni that may not return.
Who was responsible for drafting Pickett? That's who the sword should fall on.
The Steelers need to upgrade QB. And if they can, they need a more dynamic RB. Harris is fine but he's more Bus than LeVeon and that's not a good thing in 2024

Stroud is playing like Peyton played vs Broncos in that playoff game and that was Peyton’s 6th year. He’s making all the right reads and throws
I've been cautious saying it out loud but that's who he reminds me of. Young Peyton with mobility tuned up a notch.
The only reason I'm not sad is because we have a QB that's an even bigger problem IMHO

Nico Collins slipped a tad, otherwise he’d have caught it in stride, just a tad strong from Stroud, Browns got lucky there
This makes more sense cos he was wide8zs open. Stroud's deep throwing is a joy....he reminds me of a young Peyton in certain ways

Stroud's gotta hit that

fun game, these defensive lines had better start hitting the QBs or this is going over 70 combined

I agree.
To be honest Watson has disapppointed me. Looking like one of the worst trades of all time right now.
And he's got guaranteed money. I don't think another GM is doing that for a long long time.

Stroud is fun to watch. He’s going to be a hot ticket sell like Burrow and Mahomes a few years into their careers starting.
Houston have got themselves a franchise cube

He’s completely relaxed. Just going about his business.
Yup. As long as the line gives him enough time, he's generally executing the offense. I'd argue he's been by far the best QB Cleveland have played this season

What happened?
Philadelphia happened.
A growing segment of that fanbase want him gone. They think he mishandled AJ Brown. They think Steichen was the mastermind behind the offense. The Eagles have faced the ol rumored SB loser syndrome where the next season they're just a shell of themselves.

Nick Sirianni needs to play this situation very very carefully.

Yeah, last time we were at 15 we took Hooker. Wish we still had him.
Hooker is still only 27.
Injuries are a reality of the game, they change journeys.
Hooker's doing well for Dallas whenever I see them
It’s officially over: Luck says he will never return.

Everything's well that ends well. For the 1st time since Luck walked, hope feels more long term than ever.
Now, Richardson just has to put it all together.
