You have to be kidding me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Another hometown call!
-
Woo hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
The draw play! Finally!
-
LOL, Simms praising Clowney and they have to call a time out because he doesn't know what he is supposed to do.
-
Very happy for AJ on this drive!
-
Nonsense! That was a hold at least twice! At least AV put it through but terrible reversal of the correct call!
-
Well time for the team to step up and get another Win! Let Andrew fully heal and get ready for the brutal stretch beginning with New England in 11 days.
-
RIP Lindy....

I don't consider 6th round picks to fall into "bust" catagory if they dont pan out. Robison has made some mistakes but he's only 4 games in to the next level of play. I'm willing to be a little more patient.
Exactly! The word is thrown around way too much and usually too early in a player's career.
Btw, my favorite line from "The Big Lebowski": "Hey, careful Man, there's A beverage here!"
-
Wow, so 4 games is all it takes to be labeled a bust nowadays.
Plus every 6th round pick is destined for the HOF obviously?

68 QB Hits... only team that comes close to that are the redskins with 67 hits... Luck really needs to get rid of the ball faster
No doubt...

Yep. I even posted yesterday (in one of the several other o-line threads), that after watching Monday night's game, and the 2 offensive lines featured in that game, I won't complain about the Colts line for the rest of the season. Seattle and Detroit's lines look BAD, even in comparison to ours.
When I posted that I included a link that shows how each team ranks thus far in having their QB's sacked....I mus have inadvertently deleted while editing? Anyhow, here it is:

You mean when they went mostly no huddle toward the end of the 2013 season?
And when they switched to the short passing game to Herron to make up for the lack of running game in 2014?
And when they just switched from a 2-gap defense to a 1-gap defense to work better with 3 new defensive lineman this year?
And when they had the corners go mostly zone in the Jets game when our top 4 corners went out?
That's just off the top of my head. Do, I really have to list more?
Whenever you start dealing in absolutes: "They always do this..." "The never do that..." that's when you get yourself into trouble. Absolutes get everyone -- me included -- into trouble. Because they're almost never right.
Just some food for thought......
Out of "likes" my Friend....here is an old school one

What a game! Btw, I like the album that your member name is based on (or at least I think it is?) one of The Dead's better ones, imo...
-
A little food for thought...the most sacked QB this year has been Wilson.
-
Amazing, a positive post about the Offensive Line backed up with facts gets so few replies????? If it was a negative one, the trolls and adhd crew would be out in full force commenting and demanding for someone's head?
-
I agree with what Allen said about needing to take advantage of all the targets available on the offense....it really is a no brainer. The trouble I see about his comment is that he seems to be quite outspoken (not just in this case but in the past as well) and that rubs some the wrong way as he has been injured for a large chunk of his career. Let's hope he is injury free moving forward and Andrew has the ability to take advantage of him and all the other weapons at his disposal, so we can see this offensive juggernaut we all have been expecting.
-
On my short time here I can already weed out the trolls......
-
Get this done! Bradshaw is a good 3rd down back at this point in his career.....just hopefully in that role he can stay healthy?
-
Unless he is completely healed from the shoulder injury, then no....his health moving forward is more important.
-
He was exposed in the AFC Championship Game last year and I would still like to know why he started? He needs to learn how to set the edge to be effective in this defense to start but can still contribute as a pass rusher and hopefully improve at both moving forward?
-
Sometimes you are better off being lucky than good.......2-2.
-
A few things about this:
- Most teams would be happy to have 8 starters that could legitimately start for other teams.
- Considering guys like Adams, Lowery, DQ, Herremans, AJ, Toler, Cole, Langford and AV have all started for other teams it is a bit ridiculous to act like the Colts were their own chance or they'd be out of the league.
- Holmes in just a few games has shown to be in the top half of the league for centers. By the end of the year he will be in the top 10.
Out of likes so here is a conventional one.... "like".

It is a very good comparison and I agree with it.
