Wow this is really dissapointing.
With that said, I dont want this guy on the team anymore. Yeah hes had some good moments, but he is an atrocious tackler and apparently, a world class *. Hes also not good enough to overlook this.
This is a great opportunity for Darius Rush and Jaylon Jones.
The Colts need to get out there and sign a vet corner or 2, ASAP.
He's one of the best coverage guys on the team and he's not a world class * for betting on games, players have done far worse and received less punishment

Knew it was high, thanks.
Definitely think he's going to be a bigger loss to the team than some people think

Would have to have the details of what games he bet on and the outcome. Not sure we will ever see it.
He usually just balled out. Think he was #8 PFF CB last year.?
I sure hope the media is at OTAs tomorrow, we need some different news to look at....
He was the fifth best rated cornerback last season via PFF
2022: 82.1 grade
2021: 70.7 grade
2020: 73.9 grade

Hoping it's not Rodgers, that dude can ball.
Shame if it is, I think he had a great chance to get paid this offseason

He's actually not a burner. Reminds me more of a Cole Beasley which in isn't bad.
Not necessarily talking about speed when it comes to the comparison
Moreso route running, separation, shiftiness, and a match-up exploit

A lot of folks on this board were with me on the Herbert express. I get the Buckner deal, which we later pulled off. It made sense. But wow! How different would the Colts have been over the past few years, had we moved up and taken Herbert?
It took me forever to dig this thread back up. A lot of folks hit on Herbert too. I only remembered it being a few, but there were many with me on this. Some excellent back and forth’s in this old thread.
Herbert was one of my favorite prospects in that class
Can only wonder what would've happened if he ended up in Colts blue

Only missed 4 FGs and 2 XPs over the last two years
11/14 from 50+ over those two seasons

If the Bears were inclined to move off Fields and take a QB at 1 overall, why would we ever give up our 1st for Fields?
If anything, we could get him for pick 35 or a third at that point.
Same with Lance, we could get him for pick 35
Fields and Lance are both going to net a high first rounder and late first rounder respectively if they ever get traded
We wouldn't get either for #35..
Just now, RollerColt said:Fine with me. Seriously. If the Bears truthfully think this class is better than Fields, why take him?
Oh I agree!
The Colts should stay away from Fields

I like Fields, but I'm gonna pass on this. It has nothing to do with Justin but everything to do with getting "our guy".
And honestly, I think I'd rather trade back or stay put, bulk up on some 1st round talent and then get Hooker or McKee in the 2nd/3rd round over trading that 4 for Fields.
Hooker and McKee are not the saviors for the franchise.
Take one of the top 4 QBs and roll

Really hoping a win here doesn't cement Saturday as the HC next year..

I don't wanna hear anyone say that Hines is better than Moss between the tackles

Yeah, the franchise QB is absolutely not on this roster

We might as well have a fire sale like the panthers did. Start over from scratch.
A fire sale?
They traded one noteworthy player

Ballard should be ashamed what he did to thi oline and Irsay should be ashamed he forced a QB change when all there was left was bad QB. This team deserves the karma.
Carson Wentz is just as bad

And of course the refs will give it to the titans, they have screwed us every which way they can.
That's a fumble....
Quit with the referees against Indianapolis agenda

Reich’s offenses have always been high scoring. This is a product of Ryan and the oline. Not Reich today.
We're averaging 17 points a game
Bottom 5 in the league
Where's the high scoring been?
