I didn't vote against Von miller and that defense.
Yeah ok well see where that same defense goes without the sheriff. Why don't you bet on them again this year lol

One was validictorian of his HS, graduated from Stanford in architectural engineering, and scored a 37 on his wonderlic.
Manning went to state school and majored in communications (jock major) and scored a 28 on the wonderlic.
i think I win quite easily.
if you say so. I know a few friends of mine who bet with me that Peyton would lose to the panthers in the super bowl and I made some solid coin from that. I would never bet against Peyton manning.

That's awesome. Would love to see the whole Super Bowl team get together someday too

I'll never understand the rush to judge players, especially rookies. By the nature of the game, they're not going to be great in their first year.
But here's the deal...... They. Get. Better.
And if someone seriously thinks he's over-rated, it's my hunch that we'd be happy to take Ramsey off the Jaguars hands and make him a Colt. I'd love to have more over-rated players like him......
it could easily take years for them to just reach their peak

Luck is smarter than manning....I would bet.
I think you lose that bet

We have to prove it on the field before anyone is ready to believe in us. But Colts fans know what's coming.

hahaha I love this comparison. So if Andrew is mace windu who was a great Jedi master would you say Peyton is master yoda?

Okay fine well how about instead of just bringing up the season record why don't you look at how many 4th quarter comebacks luck had in his rookie and sophomore year. ANd how many records he broke when he was healthy. Every year Andrew luck got hit so much that it was absurd. Andrew luck coming out was so gifted and elevated the team so much but our old gm put together a team that got Andrew injured in multiple places. I'm sorry if I'm being annoying but I obviously don't like our old gm and just wish we could move on from him once and for all because I'm very happy with our new guy and just want him to have the support he wants in his own coaches and scouting departments. But if you don't agree then fine. Sorry about saying shut up though.

I'm not a Griggs fan But Griggs turned a 3-13 team with a rookie qb into 3 straight 11-5 records and 3 straight playoff appearnces with multiple playoff wins.
Do you think Ballard will surpass or even equal that in his rookie season as GM?
Omg shut up

I once seen Robinson Cano toss a mostly eaten apple in trash can before boarding a bus after a spring training game.
That's so awesome. I hope he was still playing for the Yankees then

I would have to do some more research but I think there were some scouts that were here before Grigson was hired. So calling them Grigson-ites is not correct.
This blaming Grigson for everything from the great flood to the plague is getting old.
No it's not. It's actually spot on

Well, we all praised Grigson in the beginning for what he did.
His first draft was spot on, for the most part.
After that, he pretty much sucked big time.
Ballard is under an enormous amount of pressure.
1. We need to win a superbowl with andrew luck as our QB
2. People want the team to win now and se progress in a division, which is becoming pretty darn good with young QB´s and stud players in both Houston, Jagsonville and in Tennessee.
Grigson is not the only one to blame, Pagano and Irsay also have some responsibility for this, but Ballard has to win with andrew luck.
If you ask me Chris Ballard doesn't seem too stressed out. Obviously he's taken over a difficult job but that's because our old gm was an * who put together a high school team with Andrew luck and ty. But Ballard has been great so far in case you still wanted an answer to this poll.

It sure would be nice to go far in the playoffs and maybe a Superbowl win to make him an all time Colt. Although he has been a Colt longer, I think most recognize him as a Patriot first because of his timely kicks with them.
Yeah it kind of sucks and most people I've noticed obviously give brady all the credit in the world for all his success but nobody seems to remember Adam was the one who had to hit those field goals from a pretty decent distance. Super clutch.
-
Lol still too early for this but "worse than Grigson" definitely should not even be an option. Grigsons name shouldn't even be anywhere near our team anymore

Hey I've been saying this for months. If Chuck doesn't win the division this season. Well we all know what's going to happen.
I believe if we start this season off 0-2 like the last 3 years paganos out the door week 3.

Baby ghost. Future 3rd round steal for whoever gets him
-
If Ballard was able to have this much success in a draft with a bunch of grigson-ites which he clearly didn't really want to work with just imagine how our drafts will go in the future when Ballard his all his guys in place

Adam won't be cut. I would bet 100 dollars on that. He has consistently put up good numbers. I would like a kicker with a little bit more of a leg tho. That could kick it from 55+ if needed too.
I want Adam as long as he's willing to play. I want us to milk the years out of that guy and give him the decency of retiring as a colt. He's the best kicker of all time I think.
-
Overton was one of the best players on our team and he was a Long Snapper . We're gonna have way better players on our team now and I'm sure we'll be fine at LS it's a pretty easy position to be honest.

Orangutans are smart animals. Much smarter than the dumb ape we had drafting our players the last few years.
Yeah

I loved learning about rocky the orangutan. I thought it was nice and rich eisen made it pretty funny, and it made for a good snapchat story. I was a fan. Also it was great seeing Robert Mathis announce the second round pick I love that guy

Only one skill player was drafted 'Mack'
so we may be transitioning from finesse
to more of a physical smash mouth team.
Our last 2 or 3 GM's would have definitely
went with a TE somewhere in the draft.
Yeah exactly. A physical smash mouth team I like the sound of that
-
Cool. Cb was definitely a need for this team coming into this draft and looks like we've addressed it

Basham will be our starting DE. The kid has motor, size, speed and long arms. He reminds me of Charles Haley. Basham puts the rush and Malik fields the pass, - ala the old Ravens days with Ray Lewis and Ed Reed 2.0. Now the defense will score points along with Andrew Luck. That is a winning formula. We still need a Ray Lewis LB!!
Quincy is a project.... He needs to thicken up and tackle. Watch the Gator vs Bama 2016 tape. The kid basically ran away from tacking the big RB. That is a huge problem.
He reminds you of Charles Haley?? Holy % what a comparison.
