Pro Bowl safety Antoine Bethea has dealt many hits in his six seasons. The next chance to show aggression is this afternoon at Anderson University on the fourth day of camp. Bethea will do so with controlled aggression, and he wants his teammates to do the same.

Anthony Castonzo is planning for a big second season. After starting 12 games in 2011 as a rookie, Castonzo missed on-field work this spring. He is healthy and practicing in Anderson, and he finds the process smoother.

NFL training camps must be underway a few days before pads are donned for practice. Today is that day for the Colts at Anderson University. The afternoon practice will have a little extra pop to it than the ones held Sunday and Monday. It will be controlled aggression and another step toward the season ahead.
